Clark’s is such a fun Austin spot! The food is great, the atmosphere is always lively, and it’s one of those places that works just as well for a date as it does for drinks and dinner with friends. You absolutely MUST order the oysters — they’re probably the biggest must-have here. Super fresh and the perfect way to start, especially with one of their martinis. I’d also recommend the crudo plate if you want something light and fresh before your main. For the main, go for the lobster roll with the shoestring fries. The lobster is rich and buttery, and those tiny crispy fries are way too easy to keep eating. For dessert, definitely save room for the key lime pie. It’s tart, creamy, refreshing, and such a good way to finish the meal. The ambiance is a huge part of why Clark’s is so popular. It’s cute and polished without feeling overly fancy, and the patio has such a fun, social Austin energy. It’s especially lively around First Thursday. Service was also great — attentive, friendly, and relaxed. Our server made the whole experience feel easy without constantly hovering over the table. My must-orders: Oysters Martini Lobster roll + shoestring fries Crudo plate Key lime pie Pro tip: If you’re going on First Thursday, make a reservation or get there early. Clark’s gets busy fast, and the patio is definitely where you want to be if the weather is nice.

Disappointed in my experience! We did not have a reservation, so we sat inside by the bar area at the window. The seats were tiny and very uncomfortable, the server was rude and not friendly at all. But, most importantly it was terribly hot inside, I did not feel any AC or fan on, sweater through my clothes and the worst part was that when we received our food there were lots of flies at the window and always around our food. NOT AN ENJOYABLE EXPERINCE!!!!! Lasty, I'm not sure who manages this company, but I emailed several times to try to get a hold of a manager and settle this without a review, but no one wasn't to get back to me so I had to make this a public post.

This spot is so delicious. I planned my boyfriend’s birthday here and they delivered. Definitely get the oysters and tartar. They have a peaches salad I’m obsessed with. Always an elevated seafood experience here. Perfect for special occasions. Just make sure to make a reservation

Absolutely awesome place! I happened to book an Airbnb right next to it and this place is totally worth coming back over and over again. The kitchen runs in a really smooth way and u will get the dishes efficiently but with no compromise in quality. The service is outstanding, no one bothers u while u eat, they just let u enjoy the food and quietly add water to your glass lol. Great atmosphere, worth every penny.

Great seafood spot with a fun atmosphere. They have a really cool oyster bar area that’s always packed and a wonderful patio. The oyster selection is top notch and the salads and hot menu items are great too.

This was our first time at Clark's and fourth MML hospitality restaurant. It is probably one of my favorites! We started with the oyster plate and tried one of each type. My first time trying oysters went incredibly well, they were all delicious and seasoned to perfection. Each type was slightly different with flavors and locales but they were all well worth it. The servers are all incredibly knowledgeable about the food and the drinks as well and make a great dining experience. The Clark's Burger was the best burger I have had in my entire life. It was beyond anything I had eaten before and I would recommend it every day of the week. It is worth coming here solely for the burger, let alone the ambiance and the delicious wine pairings. I will be back and I would recommend Clark's to anyone looking for a nice linch or dinner.

They don’t need another 5 star review but boy do they deserve it! Great selection, presentation and flavor. Service was wonderful of course. Didn’t have a reservation but we were accommodated. The place gets busy and everyone comes in looking sharp so keep it classy. We had the ceviche, shrimp toast, clams, and a lobster roll🤤 all delicious!!
