Very disappointing customer service. I reached out for a group reservation (15 people). They sent me an initial email and then no response despite numerous follow-ups. To the manager: I guess you don't need any business.

Omni Barton Creek has been our go-to for a staycation—a perfect place for us to rest, refresh as a couple, and enjoy the amazing views, excellent service, and many amenities. However, we’ve updated our rating from 5 stars to 3 stars after our last two stays in September 2024 and January 2025. While the amenities and location remain wonderful, the beds were incredibly uncomfortable, leaving us tossing and turning each night.

This resort offers a comprehensive range of services, including golf courses, spa treatments, and fine dining. Visitors praise the high-quality service, scenic views, and the variety of activities available. It’s a perfect destination for both relaxation and recreation.

The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because of location of adults pool next to family pool, and the state of the adult pool. Pool was dirty, people eating in pool, drinks took a long time. The service everywhere else was incredible. Everyone was so friendly. I didn’t meet one employee that had a frown. They were all so attentive and kind. Stayed 1 night and enjoyed the lobby bar and the Crenshaw bar. Great service at both. If there’s another event for you work at the hotel, I’d happily spend money on a room. We stayed in regular queen room. Friend had a nice suite where we hung out later in the evening. The suite balcony was beautiful.

My friends and I booked massages for last Saturday. I will say the experience started off rocky. The manager was condescending and didn’t really listen to our concerns. There was an issues with having enough robes in the correct size. Also there was a booking issue with the massage and the therapist was rude. I would love to talk to someone above the manager of the spa. It hard to contact anyone above her though. My massage with Matt was amazing! One of the other therapists my friend has was not great and it was very rushed. We spent the day by the pool and had lunch and a few drinks. Overall we had fun but the beginning of the whole experience kinda set an unpleasant tone for the day. When you go to an upscale spa you expect to be treated a certain way. You are there to be pampered.

I had the opportunity to stay there prior to the remodeling, and the place is still amazing! With all the new amenities, features and updates, the resort goes to another level! This past trip brought me there for Dell Match Play, and the distance from Austin Country Club is convenient along with other shops, restaurants in and around the area. The beat part about the resort, they have Bob's Chophouse next door, which in my opinion is better than the one located downtown.Staying here, you cannot go wrong or even if you're visiting.

This place is so great. I brought 10 teenage girls for a birthday weekend. Everything from valet, to checking in and the amenities were so clean and nice and accessible. There was cookie birthday treat set up in the room when we arrived. Everyone was also so friendly. I have to give a special mention for Hanna from the Crenshaw Grill. She was so sweet, attentive and a top notch hostess. She is a gem. Thank you for a great stay!

We enjoyed a spa day and lunch! They staff was very attentive. We had drinks brought to us during the spa treatment and they were great! We also enjoyed a nice lunch on property. I was surprised that some of the restaurants listed on their site were not on property. The original restaurant reservation was the off property option but the front desk helped provide convenient options on site. The remodel turned out beautiful and it was all decorated for Christmas.

My wife and I wanted to travel out of state, but due to medical issues opted to celebrate our wedding anniversary in Austin since we love the area. We're not really ones to splurge or go all out, but this was a special occasion. We looked for resorts and spas and this one really stood out to us.Immediately, we were impressed with the property - it was spacious, beautiful, and peaceful. We checked in and our experience from the valet who greeted us to the concierge were great. They surprised us with a complimentary upgrade for our room which was really exciting. Like I said, we're pretty simple and don't go big financially regularly, so it was really nice. Every staff member we came across from the Texas Spice staff, the spa employees (especially Jodi), the bartenders in Jim Bob's, and even the coffee shop, were really kind and welcoming. We loved the spa area! We don't normally have time to just relax, and the area wouldn't allow you to do anything BUT relax. It was quiet, so the steam/sauna rooms and the hot tub were empty. It was perfect.Even the fitness area was impressive. It rivaled most actual gyms in terms of equipment, space, and amenities! We expected the little hotel gyms that you would normally find, but we were surprised and excited! We even saved the complimentary gingerbread house to decorate at home with our son here and he LOVED it. Thanks for everything guys! We can't wait to rebook!

We had the most amazing weekend getaway here. I had my hair and makeup done by Sylvia at the spa and she was amazing! I cannot say enough good things about her. She nailed the look I was going for and I was so appreciative. Alan and Sylvia (not to be confused with the first Sylvia) were fantastic bartenders in the main bar. Over the top service and entertainment from both of them. The service here is unmatched and the grounds are stunning. Loved every minute!

This is an absolutely stunning place. Resort is situated on a hillside, a plenty of golf courses around. Poolside is beautiful, we spent almost a whole day at their infinity pool. Poolside food menu was okay, nothing great. Good Cocktails thought. Enjoyed food at other restaurants at the resort. Very friendly and attentive staff. We enjoyed at the resort bars the most. Rooms were comfy and specious with an amazing view. Great place for rest and recharge!!
