We had a wonderful time at this location. Jack was very helpful checking us in and our instructor Reggie was amazing. The facility is clean, the reps are very friendly and customer oriented, which makes for a great experience.

This was an awesome experience for my kids (they flew) but also for my husband and I and my parents as the observers. Hank was our guy and he put my kids at ease and treated them so kindly, even taking a souvenir picture with them after their flights. From walking in all the way to checking out, it was such a great experience and we plan to come back. Most of all, it was FUN! And watching the pros do their thing at the end was really cool. Highly recommend. 11/10!
Hank was the best!! My whole family went and we had to juggle my 1 year old out of the tube and he was so helpful and accommodating! Highly recommend this experience, and even more requesting to have Hank!
We came in with 5 kids and had Hank as our instructor. He was so patient with the kids. He was really funny and made our experience so pleasant. Highly recommend!
My kids love this place. We've had and attended several birthday parties here, staff is always really great with the kids, will try to sell you your next visit before you leave but with zero sales pressure. You'll regret not getting the return passes because they are a great deal unless you don't plan on being back in North Austin for awhile. The instructor demos at the end of parties are friggin awesome, I would have died at least twice trying some of those stunts.
