Good concepts but enough of the locks don’t work well, numbers rubbed off of combination locks so you can’t see.

1st escape room experience. My family loved it. Thanks to the crew for being so patient with us. The “Zombie” was awesomely scary. Took us awhile but we finally figured it out.

Worst escape room ever. The attendant was not ready and we started over 15 mins late. You only get two clues except if you solve a random hidden riddle you get another one. Not sure what’s the point of that. Some of the locks are completely worn and don’t work properly.

This place was awesome! My wife and I had a ton of fun trying to solve the room. Brandon was the perfect room host too. So glad we chose this location over the other options in the area! Highly recommend this location!!!! If I could give them 10 stars I would, if I could give Brandon 10 stars for his customer service and clue help as well I would. We will definitely be coming back to try their other options and rooms.

Well the event itself was interesting enough BUT what they don’t tell u is MAKE SURE YOU USE THEIR ONSITE PARKING. They area is a haven for homeless individuals and/OR criminals. On the night we went the road was filled with cars and we had no idea where exactly we were going. It’s was our first trip there and everyone’s GPS’s weren’t accurately directing us to their parking lot. There were 6 cars in our group. Ours was 1 of 4 in the area that night that got crash & grabbed. The security officers in the area- THERE WERE THREE- were completely useless!! As many people that were there for the House of Torment and the Escape Room you would think there’d be too much activity for this to happen but… BE FOREWARNED!!! The on-site parking appears safe enough but DO NOT LET YOUR GUARD DOWN.

Had an awesome time escaping the Zombie room! Shout out to our game master Brandon for helping us along! Also shout out to Monty/Sloan for being the coolest zombie I’ve ever met! Having an interactive zombie character really made this escape room more unique compared to the others we have done and it was a lot of fun! I’d highly recommend!

I brought my company team of ~40 to Whisler's for an after work social event. They were great, accommodating us with bracelets for our group and a reserved space. They have a food truck outside that can provide various entrees and fries.

We had a great time here and really enjoyed the ambiance.

Would highly recommend!!!! We booked for a zombie escape room and it was very challenging and fun. As the time progressed, it gets more challenging, and you and your team should pick up the pace together. Definitely not easy as you have to run for your life in the game while solving tons of puzzles and problems!! Don’t mind the negative reviews on here, we had an amazing time and would like to try out the Houdini game mode next! Props to our game master and Sloan (the zombie) for an amazing job! They played their characters well and you really feel as if you were solving a mystery whilst being chased by a zombie. Thank you Great Escape Room Austin! Would come back again soon. PS: Bring cash as your tip will greatly support them:)
