We really enjoyed the bat cruise tour. Fun facts about the history around the river and the buildings around it. We saw the bats and it was a great experience!

Genuinely great people - our captain Michael was awesome. Very chill. Didnt intrude our space and he and Chase helped move our food to/from dock to parking else it’d have been a pain. They’ve obviously done this before. Thanks guys!

Lake dinner cruise is the best! WGU hosted a lake dinner cruise and Capital Cruises did a fantastic job! The staff had great positive attitude and Captain did a great job narrating the lake and bat sighting at the Congress brdge. Boat is in good shape with air connditioning down for dining and open air up for sight seeing. Highly recommend for your next group outing!

We used Capital Cruises for our wedding welcome party & they were wonderful! Super easy to work with & one of the more budget friendly options for rehearsal dinners. We also rented their margarita machine & it was a hit. Highly recommend!

Fun night watching the bats from our kayak, which was super comfortable even though it was old. We had a private tour guide which was a nice surprise, as other companies had very large groups per guide. Our tour guide was great. Funny and knowledgeable, and knew how to get us the best vantage point.

Picture perfect sight seeing, interesting facts along the way, very peaceful ride and great weather. I did the 1pm tour mid May. My five children (15, 12, 6, 4 and 2) enjoyed themselves. They allowed you to take snacks so I took plenty of fruit, crackers, pepperoni and string cheese.

Our bat tour was pretty great! Lots of weird Austin humor infused with information about the city and the bats. The bats came out in pattern B which was still pretty cool even though it wasn't the giant swarm we were hoping for. Overall we had a pretty good time.

Our friends and I rented a Duffy on Saturday to hang out and do something different as they have a 2 year old. The check in was easy and they took the time to make sure we were going to be safe and be able to fully enjoy the 2 hour boat rental. The boat was easy to maneuver and we had a great time enjoying a few drinks and enjoying some snacks on the boat. It’s definitely family friendly or a full on party - it’s all up to what you want to do.

Will definitely be booking this again. I’ll use them again when we have out of town visitors - great activity for them with awesome views of downtown.

I went on so many bat tours with Capital Cruises because every time someone came to visit me in Austin, I'd book it right away. It was the perfect way to show people a view of the city and have some fun in the meantime! Every bat tour is different and unique. And the views are gorgeous!

I was very happy with the cost of the swan boats that we rented. The workers were friendly. We were provided with an umbrella because it was a hot day. We were definitely told it was a leg workout but my husband handled pedaling for us just fine. We didn't go too far but overall we're really happy with this experience. I definitely recommend.

A friend booked the bat tour for me when I came to Austin to see her. This was a lot of fun even though we only got to see the scout bats. Unfortunately the winds were strong enough to keep the bats from heading out to feed that night. Even though we didn't get to see the bats the tour was still worth taking. Out guide was funny and knowledgeable about the buildings architecture along the lake. Was a nice way to learn a bit about the city of Austin.
