Chef Kim and Chef Im joined forces because they were so passionate about their dream. A hidden gem. The first hand roll place I know of in Austin and a welcome addition to Westlake. The quality of the fish is excellent. The nigiri is perfect and the hand rolls are out of this world. We’ll be back!

MUST VIST - I came for lunch and I was sooo impressed. I can’t wait to come back to try to more. I had the Tuna hand roll, avocado handroll, and Salmon Belly handroll. The fish so fresh, friendly service, relaxing atmosphere, and overall 5/5 experience. Great breath of fresh air from normal downtown Austin as well. Congrats to the YUKI team and can’t wait to visit again.

We LOVED Yuki! Everything about Yuki was perfect. The fish was super fresh. The rice was warm. Even the ginger and wasabi were high quality. We’ve been waiting for a handroll bar to open in Austin and Yuki exceeded all of our expectation. We also tried some of the individual nigiri which was delicious and a work of art!

YUKI was a great stop for sushi. The bar top setup with the chef in the center was a nice experience.All of the food was extremely fresh and delicious. The rice was incredible and really made every piece of sushi great. They used fresh veggies and fish while also making each piece to order so it was never out on the countertop long.The co-owner is very invested in his business and asked for feedback after the meal. He and the staff were all polite and very attentive.I will definitely be back and will recommend everyone give YUKI a chance if you are in the mood for sushi.
