The Ultimate Outdoor Entertainment team was incredible to work with for our Music and Movie Night! From Pamela in booking to Jason during the event! Jason was extremely helpful during the event and was quick during set up and tear down. I would highly recommend UOE.

Ty was GREAT!! Arrived early and had everything set up and ready before start time. He was able to break everything down quickly as well so there was no waiting around. Will definitely use them again.

Austin Under the Stars Film Festival

We used Ultimate Outdoor Entertainment for our annual film festival (Austin Under the Stars). We rented an indoor projector & the inflatable 16x9 screen for our outdoor screening. The technicians were prompt & very attentive. They monitored the screens throughout the event & answered any questions I had along the way. Everyone in attendance loved the screening. Coming from a group of filmmakers, that means a lot! We look forward to using UOE again in the future & highly recommend.

Ultimate Outdoor Entertainment upgraded our screen at the last minute when our RSVP list kept on growing. I can't say enough good things about the process. Setup was done early, the tech stayed on site in case any issues arose and the whole event was a big success thanks to them. We can't wait to have more watch parties with them in the future.
