We all deserve a place where we can sit back and relax. You're always welcome to hang your hat at the Stay Put, whether you've made it to the end of your day or you're at the end of your rope, whether you're enjoying your day off or just getting your night began. We opened The Stay Put in the fall of 2022 with some of Austin's best friends, best bartenders, and all-around wonderful people, all focused on the business of meticulously mixing drinks and brewing particularly exquisite beer. Come on over for a handcrafted cold one from bartenders you can rely on with your pours.

Cool spot on Rainey St. with good beers and fun staff. Three areas to choose from to chill - out back outside, inside or out front out side. Seating, TVs & a fire pit in front where we sat but the noise/music from other places on the street overpowered the game that was playing at Stay Put. Would come back but maybe not sit out front. There were games to play so we played cards while enjoying a beer.

I was up the street trying to get an idea of what Austin was all about. I saw that they had very high reviews so I ubered over here. I just want to say that this is the best bar that I have been in In Texas. Not only did I receive a very friendly welcome from the moment I walked in but I also was given a hand written list of the best restaurants to take my significant other to. They have very good beer and mixed drink options but the staff will be what wins you over. Please give this spot a visit.

Great new addition to Rainey, an awesome brewery with a cocktail-bar too. Plenty of seating, very cool outdoor space in this clean-cut lodge space. The enthusiastic staff was probably the best part of the visit, plus the thumbs-up to their brews. Just hoping they will add a beer-flight to the menu; yes, I will return.

Best new spot to spend hours and hours on Rainey. Management, staff, beer, and cocktails are top notch. Lots of different experiences to be had...from inside beer hall style seating to heated patios, and a stylish back bar. Definitely a place to "stay put!"
