The Loren Hotel exceeded our expectations! The downtown Austin views from our room were breathtaking. Complimentary e-bikes made exploring the city a breeze. The rooftop restaurant had attentive service and great food. And to top it off, the hotel staff went above and beyond to make my birthday celebration truly special. I highly recommend this property!

Overpriced for what you get and a lot of small problems at least in room 616 in June 2023. Biggest problem is the smoke detectors have a bright flashing light that makes it hard to sleep in a dark room. Bathroom was clean but shower drain was clogged causing water to pool. There is no free parking and valet is the only option which is not included in the price. There are no ice machines, you have to order it from the kitchen. The rooftop pool is nice looking but very small and crowded all the time, wasn't able to use it. Staff is friendly but $350+ (room, taxes, valet, and tips) for one night is way too much, especially given these multiple issues with the stay.

The moment you arrive this hotel really welcomes you! The lobby is gorgeous and the views from our room were outstanding. The pool is very nice but small so can get full. We had breakfast at Nido and had coffees from the shop in the lobby. All delicious! Shot out to the manager Chris who took care of a very small issue we had very promptly. Great, convenient location to downtown.

We had a fantastic stay in the Loren, Austin. The location is perfect. The hotel is brand new and very beautiful. The staff is very nice and professional. Our double bedroom was perfect for us and our daughter.A special congratulation to Suela for her availability and her kindness.

great location, roof top restaurant had delicious food.and professional friendly service. Front desk very welcoming and accommodating. My room had amazing views of downtown and a bathtub that easily fit 2. cool design and furniture .One note tell your uber/lyft driver there is no sign out front so drop a pin for your location so they find you .

Our experience at The Loren was exceptional from the moment we arrived until we left! We even booked extra days because we didn't want to leave! The staff at this beautiful hotel are amazing and extremely helpful! 10 stars for customer service. The room was very clean and beautifully appointed with great linens, a very comfortable bed, a well stocked mini bar, amazing toiletries and bedside water and chocolates on our pillows every evening. The front desk staff was exceptional! The boat excursion that was booked for us is highly recommended! We appreciated the front desk securing a dinner reservation at Nido for us one evening even though the restaurant was fully booked. We also enjoyed breakfast at the Nido and the rooftop amazing views! The front desk also sent a sweet surprise to our room when he found out we were celebrating our anniversary. One of my favorite amenities is the complimentary electric bikes which allowed us to explore the area. We loved our stay so much we have already booked again and can't wait to return! Thank you Loren at Lady Bird Lake for the exceptional great service and a relaxing and enjoyable week!

We stayed at the hotel shortly after it opened and despite some very minor construction projects that were yet to be completed our stay there was 5 star. We live in France and travel all over Europe and the US so have ample experience at wonderful hotels. This place is special! The staff is knowledgeable and extremely helpful, the rooms are beautifully appointed with luxurious beds and linens and the amenities were first class. My wife and I would highly recommend The Loren and look forward to our next stay in Austin.

Love the Driskill! Built in the late 1800s, the original charm and atmosphere remain. Had drinks and apps in the bar lounge with live music and full of people having a great time. Saw a couple get engaged in front of the beautiful Christas tree in the lobby! It's that kind of place!

Great location for exploring Austin! Very friendly staff, comfortable visit and awesome views of the city. The room was cozy but modern and very clean.The hotel is right next to a park (with a playground for children and walking paths) and is walking distance to a lot of great restaurants, cafés, and bars.Pool deck had very comfortable seating and pool was refreshing in the heat of the day.Nido Restaurant has an awesome outdoor seating area and incredibly tasty food and is right in the hotel!

If you come to Austin and need a nice place to relax , and enjoy your days , this is it . Amazing hospitality from the staff from the moment we arrived , until we left ! Brand new Hotel. Rooms with every amenity and everything you can possible need , from hygiene products, to full mini bar with snacks and treats to room service , etc . New , easy to use TVs with every channel you will possibly need. Visited the sky lounge "Nido" , at the top floor and it was just an amazing restaurant ,serving World class food and cocktails, with beautiful views to the Austin city and lakes surrounding it. I Can't imagine staying anywhere else in Austin , after this experience. I would give 10 out of 5 starts if I could . Highly recommended!
