I used to come here all the time growing up I haven’t been back in a while, and I recently came in to do some work and get coffee. I was sad to see that they gutted the floor plan to make more room for tables so it’s not as comfortable and cozy as it used to be. I saw the AI generated waffle special and asked if it was really good and the response was an absolutely yes, you should definitely try it… They were literally two eggos with a sad squirt of whip cream and three blueberries. It was the saddest plate of waffles I’ve ever seen. A pack of 10 eggos is literally $2.50 H-E-B and they charged me $6.50 for these soggy toaster waffles. Extremely disappointed this place used to be pretty awesome.

Got food order wrong multiple times, good food but I couldnt eat the bagel sandwich because they put sausage in one and bacon in the other when I ordered two spinach Good pastries, wish the chefs had a better system for remembering orders tho

I loved trying the Cuban dish Ropa Vieja. The atmosphere is very pleasant and relaxed, and the coffee is incredibly good. I absolutely recommend it!

Came in early and spent almost all day here! They have a vegan breakfast sandwich, some snacks and a great drinks selection. I tried out the food truck outside and later in the day Travis came by and offered me a popsicle! He even made sure to let me know it was vegan and gluten free. It was so kind! I am definitely a fan of the service. The atmosphere is great to get a little work done, read a book, meet a friend or even hold a party (witnessed a private event in their back room that seemed pretty great). I hung out on a comfortable couch most of the day but there is plenty of seating inside and a beautiful patio outside. Here for the vibes all around! Will definitely be back frequently.

Severely understaffed, came on a Sunday and it took about 15 minutes to order your drinks. Then another 10 to get them and of course they messed the order up. To make it even funnier, the owner is asking for donations to keep the place open. Focus on making your coffee shop better first

No cash was accepted when I went & the cashier brushed me off to attend the next customer. All I had was 15 dollars but went here to meet with a group of friends.

Nice place, quiet so we could work. Limited food but that's okay. It was a little warm but still comfortable.

From the terrain, to the atmosphere, to the employees, life thrives at this establishment. Every employee genuinely looks happy to be here, and after spending the better part of a work day at this venue, I can see why. All of my questions and concerns were answered in a professional and friendly manner and were complemented by a beautiful backyard and a visually appealing interior. To unwind in a healthy way, stop by and grab a delicious cup of Joe!

I absolutely love this place!!! Hive has become my go-to coffee shop for all the reasons. 1) Good quantity and quality of coffee at reasonable price.(added bonus- you don't have to pay extra for oat milk) 2) good music at reduced volume, enjoy the ambience 3) Good backyard with flowers, swing, slide and a small play area for kids 4) You can play your channel of preference outdoors so I got to watch the football match happily. Ps. They have kid friendly activities/events occasionally too

From the 1st location to this one, we LOVE it here!!! This business woman got it so right. Full bar (in the evenings), food, games, kids play area, coffee, wifi, workspace, beer wine and champagne even when the bar is not open....it just doesn't get any better. And Saturday morning live children's music to boot! Yes. Just yes. Please treat yourself and your family to The Hive.
