This was our second time staying in the LiveOak cottage this year and once again it was perfect! Don’t have to bring anything but your clothes. You have thought about all of the amenities. We can’t wait to go back. It’s the perfect getaway. Close enough to the city to do things but secluded enough to enjoy the peace and quiet.

The Charlie at the Alexander made for a beautiful stay! No detail was spared in this place—the room had EVERYTHING! I loved having the entire treehouse to myself. It was very quiet and peaceful. My only qualm is I would’ve loved instructions on how to use the gas fire pit outside. It was 30 degrees and I couldn’t figure out how to use it before I got too cold and had to go inside. It didn’t really detract from my experience so 5 stars!!Wineries and Perdenales Falls were both a short drive away, but the place was still secluded enough to feel “country.”Can’t wait to plan my next stay here!

I stayed at here this weekend. We were in their treehouse. Honestly, it was such a great little getaway. The place was super clean and had pretty much everything you’d need from games (board, yard, and card games!) to outdoor seating with a fireplace, even bagged ice, and coffee ready to go. They thought of everything!

My husband and I absolutely love this place, this coming February it will be our second time staying at Alexander Creek Rd. Last February we stayed in the Creek road cottage with our two dogs and loved it. The property itself is clean, and has breath taking views. This coming February we’re staying in the Charlie treehouse suite with our two dogs again. I’m so looking forward to the little valentine weekend getaway with the hubby, and spending it at no better place than Alexander Creek Rd.

We really enjoyed our time in the blue bonnet. It was peaceful. We had everything we needed in the camper. Enjoyed the patio, fireplace both inside and outside. Would stay here again

Family fun for an unbeatable price! We brought (two best friends) our three combined daughters here and had such a wonderful time. The Lucky Star Cabin is a perfect size, we made s’mores in the courtyard, we explored the grounds and relaxed on BOTH the porches. We will be back!

The Treehouse cabins are great, either inside and outside. The room is clean. There is a lifted common siting area under the tree with Christmas lights. AC is quiet and cools reasonably well, but the LED showing the temperature is too bright in the night and cannot be turned off. The coffee machine did not work when I came, but they replaced it quickly. Overall, it's an enjoyable stay

Amazing venue! Beautiful day and night. We stayed here during our wedding weekend. We had 40 of our closest family and friends stay on the premises, as well as rehearsal dinner and brunch at the Windsong Pavilion. We received so many compliments on this place all weekend. The cabins were so cute and comfy. It was super fun hanging out with everyone at night. There were some fees we didn’t expect, like $300 for security, etc, and you will have to spend some extra time and effort figuring out where everyone will be sleeping and the logistics of another event spot, but looking back, staying at this place was super worth it. Highly recommend!

This was our second time staying at The Alexander, but the first at the Tree House. It was AMAZING! I HIGHLY recommend staying there. The view is beautiful. Having coffee in the morning sitting in my bed and looking out of the three huge windows was exactly the peace I needed. The staff are wonderful and I literally can't find one negative thing to say. I'm 100% sure I'll be back several times more!

The Alexander at Creek Road is a charming place to relax. We stayed in the Goodnight cabin at the Treehouse. I not only loved the cute room but thoroughly enjoyed the view from the common sitting area up the tree. Thank you for a wonderful time!!

My 2nd visit here was just as good as the last one. The property offers so much to enjoy. Love the tree house sitting area! The views from room and tree house perch were great. We even saw a group of deer and the animals at neighboring ranch. We really needed that country living coming from Houston. The room had everything we possibly needed. Perfectly equipped. The big coat rack, the fridge, the extension chords for phone charging were very useful. Wish we could have stayed longer but absolutely intend to return. My friends from Liberty Hill joined us at the treehouse and she plans to have her small company retreat at The Alexander...I offered to join them. Ha!

We were in town for a wedding and Lone Star was perfect for our family of four. I loved the homey feel of our cottage and the small kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. Wish the weather has been nicer so we could sit on the front or back porch and relax. The staff was very accommodating and quick to respond to any need or concern. The beds were very squeaky tho when we rolled over. If they get some new box springs, an ice cube tray for the mini-freezer and some tea bags in there, I’d definitely give the room 5 stars. LOVED that they had a Brita in the room so that I had that option over the plastic water bottle. We would definitely stay here again.

This place is AMAZING!!! My cousin and I decided to celebrate Christmas weekend together since most of our family is overseas. We wanted to get out of the city, but not too far from home. I found the Alexander not too far from Austin. We booked the Mack suite with two queens ( my cousin said she needs her space and we are too old to share a bed lol. ) The room was ADORABLE!! we added breakfast baskets, and they were already in our room when we arrived! I’m typically a city girl at heart but after seeing the amazing views, enjoying the peace and quiet, and breathing the fresh country air, I may just have to convert! Lol Thank you for a much needed and unforgettable weekend! We will be back soon!
