Our ride leaders know this land and its trails intimately, so it will be a unique experience for you to take in sites few others have seen by horseback.

I have been promising myself to get back onto horses for a few years. Southern Trails popped up on Instagram suddenly and I just booked two rides with a few days.I gave myself two Sunday mornings to head out to Manor for a trail ride around the property there. Devyn was a great guide for both my rides. Loved learning about the property and the horses - so many rescued and given lots of love.This is a great local business to support. Everyone I met love horses, seem to love what they do and enjoy each other and taking their guests out for rides.Looking forward to taking some more rides either in Manor or Canyon Lake.

Came here about a week or so ago with my Fiancee visiting Texas, the trails were awesome and big! The horses were beautiful and calm and the instructor ( we had Devyn) was super nice and patient teaching us also she's very informative with historical facts and what to do in Texas, definitely would come again.

I’ve never ridden a horse before so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Devyn was very nice and reassuring when me and my two sisters rode horses for the first time.I had so much fun! I was nervous at first but it felt great to walk along the trail and enjoy the sights.If we ever come back to Texas, which I hope is soon, I want to come back here for another ride! Highly recommend for both tourists/visitors and locals!

Had a relaxing beautiful day for a guided trail ride. The staff was very knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable as first timers! Highly recommend

Was looking for a place to try horse back riding with my siblings, and came across southern trails online. Had an amazing Texas trail riding experience thanks to the Misti and her amazing staff. The one hour trail ride was well organized, and the staff took lots of pictures and videos for great memories. I had so much fun and I hope to come back again soon!

We stopped in on it hot Tuesday afternoon to get a quick lunch and was not disappointed. The atmosphere in here is cool, literally. There’s an outdoor patio but it was 100° out so we opted for indoors which was pleasantly chilly but not too cold. The dining room is spacious with large comfy booths and a huge L-shaped sushi bar.The staff is very friendly and accommodating, from the front hostess to the servers to the chefs.And I’m happy to report that the sushi here is fantastic, extremely fresh and flavorful. In Austin I’ve had good sushi, bad sushi, and amazing sushi and Neighborhood Sushi goes in the amazing list. We will definitely be back!

My daughter's birthday is next week. All she wanted was to go horseback riding with myself and her dad on a trail and trot by herself, and that's exactly what she got this morning at Southern Trails. Devyn was our trail guide. She was so friendly and sweet!!! Also very informative and knowledgeable.The reservation process was easy and they send you a reminder the day before. The horse ranch was a beautiful place and we all enjoyed it. The horses were very gentle and pretty laid back. We definitely recommend!

Although we have been to other ranches for variety, we've been on Southern Trails rides 3 times now. Everyone is friendly, informative, and easy going. Our guides are so interesting with their personal stories, horse knowledge, and conversation. The horses were all quite nice. Great place for first timers!
