Had such a great brunch at Qi Austin this Sunday. Sat at the bar and Chris made the experience feel really personal from the start. He paid attention to the small details, checked in at the right times, and gave recommendations that were honestly perfect. Nothing felt forced or overly polished, just genuinely great service.

The drinks were amazing, the soup dumplings were easily my favorite part of the meal, and everything came out at the perfect pace. It’s one of those places where you leave thinking about how good both the food and the experience were. Definitely excited to come back.

Every dish was quality. Particularly enjoyed the duck scallion pancakes and combination fried rice (it's classic). The fried alligator is a nice way to experience the numbing peppers without being hit with super intense spiciness.

The bathrooms are phenomenal and equipped with full japanese style bidet totos.
Server was extremely helpful and on it.

QI Austin is a dining experience that truly stands out in a city full of great restaurants. The menu is a brilliant blend of modern Asian flavors that are both bold and refined, with every dish showing a remarkable level of culinary skill. The presentation of the food is stunning and the ingredients are clearly fresh and carefully sourced. The ambiance is sleek and inviting, making it just as suitable for a casual dinner as it is for a special night out. I was thoroughly impressed from start to finish and will without a doubt be returning very soon.

This restaurant serves excellent dim sum and it happens to be one of our favorite spots in Austin. The soup dumplings are especially amazing, and we've found everything we've tried to be of high quality and delicious. If you're planning to visit, we suggest ordering as much food as you can but make sure to save room for dessert. We've been here multiple times and always have a great time. We highly recommend bringing your friends or family or anyone who appreciates high-quality food when you visit this restaurant.

I went with a group of three for lunch on Saturday and we were seated immediately. We ordered Scallion Pancake Curry Dip, Steam BBQ Pork Bun, Crab Meat Fish Maw Soup Dumpling, and Fly Me to the Blue Moon. The curry dip made the pancakes. The dessert in particular was amazing, stunning presentation and a lot of flavor packed into every bite!

We ate outside food and service was awesome! Lunch was a little crowded but all our food came out quick and the wait was not long at all. Great place for good food. Free parking garage near by made it that much better. If you're in the mood for Dim Sum. This place is awesome!

The absolute best sushi and Japanese food in Austin. I’ll go as far to say one of the best restaurants in Austin. The chef thoughtfully prepares each dish perfectly. This is one of the rare finds where the kitchen food and the sushi are both top quality. Some place excel at one but not the other.

FYI It’s in a nondescript shopping center on West Anderson next to a chipotle.

very delicious and thoughtful Asian tapas! All of the dishes we had were very tasty. Service was very kind & food came out pretty quick! The ambiance HITS! The decor is beautiful & the restaurant did a very good job with the aesthetic. Would suggest coming here with a group of 5-6 because sharing is optimal, so you can try various things on the menu.
I didn’t get a photo but the truffle fried rice is a MUST
