Called restaurant ahead they said they had seating. We arrive the views are the reason of the experience. It was my birthday and we were famished and tired of finding restaurants. We went to 3 other prior restaurants on Sunday and finally arrived at p6. Then we arrive upstairs the hostess for Sunday around 1-2pm. Was rude, and baby you thought your smile would avoid a review. She gave the white people the best seats with the best views. (Two different groups of guest.) Again it’s my Birthday I was there for the experience. Let’s be mindful the menu selection has bird food and water as options. We get seated, she sits us in the worst seats. There’s multiple seats available with better views. So we move our seat to where the other guest that were in line with us are seated. We were there two mins, and the hostess says “I told you to sit on the other side bc this is for reservations only” I said, did they all have reservations? Her lie was “ Yes they did.” Baby reservation or not customers should be treated with equal respect. You serve bird food and water and know you’re in business for the views. Then you seat people celebrating their birthday above the pipes and ac. We sat there almost 8 mins no one acknowledged us nor didn’t the waitress ever come. She served and acknowledged the white men and everyone else around us. Thanks hostess I hope this helps you next time you’re serving others. As we left, which was moments after she thought we were going to play musical chairs. She whispers “thanks for coming.” What a waste of time. Baby I will never promote Parking lot 6 or return. We went to Zanzibar better views better food better service!

Would have left 0 stars if possible, walk in and ask if we could sit at the bar, Hostess said we could if we could find a spot (half the bar was open) sat at the bar waited 10 min, totally ignored, leftSo many better places in Austin don't waste your time here

Tried to check this place out for happy hour. The hostess acted like finding us a place to sit and have a drink was close to impossible even though 3/4 of the tables were empty! Eventually sat us inside where it was musty and not air conditioned. We sat and waited for our waiter to arrive and they didn’t. We were uncomfortable and just decided to leave. As locals definitely much better places to sit and have a cocktail.

Wonderful spot to grab drinks and bites. Dined here last visit but only had time for a quick drink tonight. Both times wonderful service and great hospitality plus beautiful river views on the patio.

Amazing location and a great spot for brunch! We sat up on the cover deck (it has a great view into hill country) but there are several outdoor and an indoor seating area as well. The food was all good, the cinnamon bun especially! Overall a great vibe and we’ll definitely be back

Great restaurant view is amazing and breakfast was very delicious. We got the egg and steak with runny 2 sunny side up eggs and steak with onion and tomatoes in a sauce with crispy a potatoes patty very delicious. My daughter also loved the pink lemonade it was unique. Our server was very nice and got us variety of sauces on the side but the one red spicy sauce with Parmesan cheese and roasted peppers was the best
