Has so much more product compared to what the previous company did. The staff is incredible 10 out of 10
First time I've visited since the change of ownership. Although the inventory is still quite good, not as much of a variety, but still good; I was disappointed with not being greeted by the employees, or being asked if I needed assistance in finding products. The 2 people just played on their phones and visited with each other. Music was also rather loud. As i was checking out, I asked about classes and was handed a calendar. I told the young lady I hoped they would build a successful business and wished her well. I also told her that I have previously driven down from Amarillo (500 miles) to take multiple classes over multiple days( and spend hundreds of dollars). She didn't respond. I was trying to encourage classes being offered, but it appeared to fall on deaf ears. I really hope they can step up to the plate and have a successful business.
Came to pick up order and although it was ready they couldn’t tell me the price. When I told them what I was told when I placed my order ($180.00) I was told “how do I know if you are telling the truth “. Then after waiting 30minutes they said I owed exactly what I told them when I arrived.Great product - horrible customer service.
This is a wow place. You just get all bakery items which you need. I had a planned birthday party and all of a sudden my cake order was cancelled and I had to just pickup a cake from a local store and make design on my own. And that time one of my friend suggested Make it sweet and I just dropped in on the next day of a winter storm in Austin. The store was open and I just purchased all the required items which I had in my list. It was like a relief after seeing this place.Starting from fondant, sprinkles, cake mix , cake stand they had everything which I was looking for. Friendly staffs who politely mentioned that there was a issues in the system due to the storm and mentioned that the card will be charged once the system is up.

Wow! I really love this place and the people who I took a class from! Pam is outstanding & our geode cookies were the best! Magda was the best by helping me stay up with class. I’m coming back for lots of classes & will be bringing family & friends! Lots of baking possibilities and it’s loads of fun.
