The resort is nice but furniture is outdated. My favorite part of our stay was the spa service. The customer service at the spa was outstanding, from the moment we walked in until the end of our service. Michele is an amazing therapist. I definitely come back to Michele for another massage.

The resort is fabulous! We had a suite with a water view. Restaurant has quality dining. But the best part was all the staff members. Elvis the bellman was the first friendly face to meet us! So kink and helpful. Jean and another young lady checked us in and made us feel like family. Lin, our server at the restaurant was fun and gave us 5 star recommendations. As we left, Elvis was right there to help and Mariska (sp) at the front desk helped me with my business center needs with a kind hand. Overall I give it 5 stars.

Lovely place for a quick trip. Nice views of the lake. Rooms were a little dated but well kept and clean.

We truly enjoyed our stay here at Lakeway! From the moment we entered the door we were greeted by Elvis and his warm smile. Everyone from front desk staff, spa services, and our swim up pool bar tender were perfect. They go above and beyond to be helpful from giving rides to and from car, giving great recommendations, helping you get spa services. Our room was super clean, comfortable (especially the king bed), and had a beautiful view of the lake. The hotel itself had so many beautiful sitting areas and lakeside views. The pool was super clean, had good music, and our drinks were strong. Definitely a great time!! The only improvement we suggest is with the restaurant, as there is only one and they seemed to be understaffed over there. Buffet breakfast was no more than ok and it was hard to get staff attention. We even noticed there were moldy bagels at the buffet. Went for lunch and was never sat, I left after 10 minutes.

Our stay was great! Our first room had a couple of issues, however, the staff immediately addressed the issue and we moved to another room with no problems. The staff was friendly and attentive, the amenities and convenience of everything was great! Elvis helped us when we left and he was awesome and Emma (the dog) was always happy and ready to greet us!

I had an amazing 33rd birthday! The views, the pool, the booze, the food, CHEF’S KISS! Elvis was an amazing door man so friendly and kind every time I saw him. And the black girl (I can’t remember her name) at the front desk was extremely helpful in helping us extend our trip. We just wasn’t ready to leave yet.The room was spacious and quiet, even with the 12 kids in the room across the way.

Beautiful facility with outstanding staff and service. They accommodated our every need and we're there for every step of the planning process. We appreciate all the special extras that you gave to us. Elvis (the bellhop) was king. He is so accommodating in Ben's over backwards for everybody. Highly recommend. We can't wait to be back.

I did not stay here. I threw a baby shower at the restaurant. Manger and all the staff were excellent. They made it super easy to plan and they were very accommodating to work with. The staff so wonderfully helped to set up and break down. Our server was excellent. Attentive and made all the guests feel right at home. The food was good and the chef was able to adjust easily ahead of time to some dietary restrictions. The lemon ricotta pancakes were amazing!
