Our family had an amazing time. Really great place to bring kids. The rooms were top tier and very clean. The only thing that bothered me was the elevators. Although they are very fast, the doors also close very fast, and trying to hurry your 3-year-old through the doors so they want get smashed are worse was kinda nerve wrecking.Other than that, this place was great, and we look forward to coming back.
I didn't really like the layout of the room. The sink is in the room, not the bathroom. The bathroom is really small..The desk is right by the TV inside of the open space located in the room.There's no table by the couch.Everything else is great. The swimming, food, arcade, stores, etc. were awesome! I loved the place.
Very good vacation spot for the family. Indoor water park is awesome for all ages. Make sure to grab your sun screen for the outdoor water park because there's limited shade. Other than that, it's still great. Tom Foolery can get pricey if you're wanting the kiddos to be able to ride all the rides and play the games but they'll love it. The pizza here is probably the best pizza ever. I'm a big kid in heart so I love this place. The only thing I hate here is the checking in and out. If possible, try to get here early to check in because the line goes slow to speak to a rep. Also, I advise waking up early on your check out date to get your belongings to your car because if not, you will be stuck waiting on an open elevator which can take upwards of 30+ min to get on one.
We attended a conference there and the facilities are so beautiful. They have the most wonderful collection of African art and give attendees an opportunity to contribute donation to providing clean water to African villages. The ballroom can accommodate over 1000 people comfortably with great audio visual capacity. The staff is very well trained. The exhibit hall is generous yet very inviting. Food and beverage also excellent. The water park is a big draw for those staying on property but very expensive, over $75 per person for others. This is a great property to hold a meeting, even the great big ones, or event. It was a great surprise. Located across from the Dell Diamond on Hwy 79 giving great access.
My power went out and all the hotels were full so I stayed here. It was worth it. The lady that checked me in Maria was amazing. Very detailed information and fantastic customer service. Fast too!The room was very nice and clean. Internet worked well and I was able to charge all my devices. They have an amazing number you text requests/questions to during your stay and the response ti.e is super quick. This place is top notch.Very comparable to the Gaylord up by Dallas.
We celebrated New Year's at your Round Rock Resort. My wife and I and our five children had a fantastic time at the Resort. The games, indoor water park, and rides were great. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was awesome. The only complaint would be the breakfast. We paid a little over two hundred dollars for some awful breakfast. The cereal and the omelet was the only good thing about that breakfast. Aside from that the resort was terrific we would go there again and plan to go there again, just next time we'll go somewhere else for breakfast.
Great place! Our daughters (9 and 7 years old) had a blast a friend staff. Yes, you’re at a resort and will pay resort fees/prices but worth it for the quality of food, drinks and service all at and indoor water park that’s a 5 min walk from your room. Lodging itself very nice as well. Definitely worth coming to check out (would recommend the VIP add on when you book your room if staying for a few days as covers express and early check in, valet parking and late check out with water park access your check out day as well - they’ll hold your luggage past checkout time for you!).
