My review is based off Balcony King Suite 1134. Booked a weekend here for my birthday weekend. The rates for the service, amenities and location were spot on. There’s also value if you are a guest, added the cabana onto my Saturday for about $200.

The rooms and aesthetics of Hotel Zaza have always been the biggest appeal. The staff was all accommodating and even poolside server Priscilla softened her attitude after our third round. Be forewarned the pool is NOT heated, but it warmed up quickly as we approached the afternoon.

When our reservations at the nearby speakeasy was a bust (powder room is more of a nightclub than speakeasy with 115db music blasting electronic music) we were able to salvage our evening with room service. Rooms were very well insulated not a peep of the busy streets below. A

The blackened salmon is yummy! Both Mocktails and cocktails here were fire. Lastly valet was always on point and had our car ready by the time we came downstairs to head out for the day.

The pictures simply only capture a fraction of the great experience we had. So greatful to have spent my birthday 🎂 here.

We recently stayed a few nights at Hotel ZaZa, and one of the true highlights was the incredible service we received from Remy at Group Therapy. From the moment we walked in, Remy made us feel like VIPs... warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. Also those cookies in the lobby are AMAZING.

Whether it was remembering our drink preferences, checking in to make sure we had everything we needed, or just bringing great energy to the pool area, Remy went above and beyond. It’s rare to find someone who makes hospitality feel so personal and effortless.

Would come back 10/10

Just had my wedding here. The staff is incredible, facility is well equipped, food and bev was *chef kiss*. We got a great wedding package and would like to give a shoutout to Olivia Conner who has been our hotel main point of contact. She is very responsive and keep us well informed. Everyone went above and beyond, making this wedding a dream come true 🔥🔥🔥🔥

This hotel is in a great location downtown and has all the amenities and services you'd expect from a high-end hotel and the staff are great, but the rooms, although lovely, are designed more for style than function. My biggest complaint is the bathroom lighting - the single light in the ceiling above the sink shines down on the top of your head, which has the same effect visually as holding a flashlight under your chin. It's impossible to see yourself clearly enough to put on makeup or style your hair. The soap and bath products are a chemical soup that, while vegan friendly, contain a host of petrochemical-based ingredients I try to avoid putting on my skin. Most luxury hotels now offer organic skincare products. Instead of a closet, the room has a small armoire with insufficient hanging space for dress-length clothes and the room has no dresser, so I've spent the last three days living out of my suitcase. The only bed coverings are a sheet and heavy down comforter, even though it was 80 degrees the day we arrived. We had to chill the room to the temperature of a ski chalet in order to sleep comfortably. I've begun wondering if the people who designed this place ever actually travel.

Attended a function. The parking attendants were excellent & professional. Dinner was good. My 3 for location is solely because downtown Austin is a hassle.

I am a local from Austin, Texas born and raised now, I have been around some rude individual's in my life, but not this rude and racist from a supervisor while I had a new born in my hands I will be discontinuing my membership because of a mr.kasey not only that but they had the nerve to lie and say i need a room key to enter the building which I have already been in 4 times before without one in order to get a room you have to go through the front door or make a reservation online, in-person, or over phone would be great to see non racist people if anyone can help me contact the owner of the company a MR.Charles Givens I would be grateful

Fantastic experience of staying there. Excellent service everywhere, especially the valet parking who took our luggage up to the room and offered a ride to the restaurant where we had our dinner reservation. Thank you so much for a such great service, for making our stay an amazing experience. The room was very clean, bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, bathroom was absolutely spotless, I just hope that the lighting in the bathroom will be improved to be a bit brighter ( it was hard to see putting on a makeup). Definitely planning on visiting again next time in Austin.

Deklynd did an amazing job with my balayage and highlights! He knew exactly what to do to get the look I wanted. The atmosphere in the salon is relaxed and fun. I will definitely be back!

The epitome of perfect service and a staff empowered to make decisions. The staff here actually searches for ways to please and serve the guests. Going above and beyond is an understatement. They far exceeded all our expectations....and treated our fur baby like a human. The accommodations and food are also 5-star.

Absolutely amazing stay at Hotel ZaZa. We stayed here for our anniversary and we were made to feel so special. The spa was great and cocktails at Group Therapy were expertly made. We used the car service to get us to dinner. I would highly recommend a stay.

A very unique boutique hotel, with upscale undertones, right in the heart of downtown Austin. The rooms are very spacious and furnished quite comfortably with an office space, large king bed, charging stations, goose down duvet and pillows, big screen smart TV, and kitchenette with snacks. There's also a nice little sitting area near the large panoramic sliding glass window, a huge bathroom (with city views), and a large walk out balcony with great views of the city. The guest hallways and elevators in the hotel feature artwork of famous musicians and actors, which add a really cool vibe to your stay. The staff is very friendly and attentive, and they leave out delicious snacks for guests every morning on each floor, as well as the main lobby. I was very pleased with my 3 night stay in this hotel, would stay again, and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for luxurious boutique accommodations.
