The Grand Lady was originally built as a wedding present and has been passed on to other brides for more than 100 years. The Grand Lady is 14 miles east of Austin on 20 acres of beautiful land. With stained glass windows and custom milled details, The Grand Lady has a charm that no other venue can duplicate, though many try.

From the first point in searching for a wedding venue, we knew The Grand Lady was it. The property was nothing short of breathtaking. There is a charming garden, expansive lawn, a beautifully refurbished house alongside an expansive, elegant reception hall. We utilized the upstairs portion of the house for the girls to get ready, while the boys had multiple rooms downstairs to hangout in. All of the property was meticulously maintained and simply stunning.
The venue offered ample space for our guests, and the quality of add on rentals was high quality. There is also a huge stall of 7-8 air conditioned bathrooms outside the reception hall. This was a huge plus as our guests did not have to go far, could stay cool (Texas heat), and did not have to wait in line. The Grand Lady's team was exceptional through every step.
My personal favorite aspect of this property was the green bathroom in the girls suite. THIS BATHROOM YALL!! From the detailed wall tiling to the clawfoot tub, it is truly a perfect photo opportunity.
When booking with this venue I would recommend looking at the cost of their required/preferred vendors list. We LOVED all our vendors, but this was an unanticipated cost once we started wedding planning. There is a reason these vendors are on their list!
Overall, our wedding at The Grand Lady was seamless, beautiful, and unforgettable. We cannot recommend this venue highly enough for anyone looking for a magical and stress-free wedding experience!

Beautiful wedding venue. Didn't ger to go inside rhe house, but was told it was a plantation house that was moved to this location. Lovely grounds. Dining hall needs better acoustics - really loud.

We recently got married at The Grand Lady, and there are so many good things to say about our experience! The staff took great care of us from the very beginning, and made us feel very comfortable in our venue decision. Christy and Elena are so good at what they do, very thankful for them and all of their help! The venue itself is stunning, from the mansion to the garden and courtyard, to the reception space. I love how modern the spaces are but there is still that beautifully historic and elegant charm. Everything was perfect, and I could not be happier with our choice. Thank you for playing such a huge part in our special day, it truly was our dream wedding!!

We had our wedding at The Grand Lady on July 11, 2025. Every interaction with GL staff leading up to our event was clear, timely, and professional. The venue was amazing overall and we are so happy we chose GL for our wedding!

We had our wedding at The Grand Lady and had an amazing experience! Christy as a joy to work with, and went above and beyond to make our day special. Her and her staff were extremely communicative and easy to work with. The venue itself is beautiful, and our pictures came out stunning. I've had many friends also get married at this venue, and everyone has had wonderful experiences. My wife and I wholeheartedly recommend The Grand Lady to anyone looking for an amazing wedding venue!

The Grand Lady was just simply perfect. We drove down from Dallas because we weren’t loving anything around our area. The Grand Lady was our last visit of the day and as soon as we turned into the drive it was perfect. Easy to get to from downtown and the airport. We loved that we could do everything in one place and that it was easy for our vendors to get to. We worked with Christy leading up to it and then worked with Kacie on the day of. They were both the sweetest and I enjoyed working with them both. The minimalism and just simple beauty of the property is what drew me in. I wanted somewhere we didn’t have to do too much to. The day went perfect and nothing went wrong. I will recommend The Grand Lady forever and always and it will always hold a special place in our hearts.

The Grand Lady is so stunning! We had our wedding there a few weeks ago and could not have been happier with our choice. Christy is incredible - she is so kind and made us feel so comfortable during our visits/on the day of! She was a huge reason we chose The Grand Lady after initially visiting and she continued to be amazing throughout the whole process. All of our guests commented on how beautiful the venue was & it is a perfect backdrop for photos. Definitely recommend choosing this venue!!

The Grandlady is definitely going to the be the place to party soon! Tucked right outside of East Austin, it sits on 20 acres surrounded by oak trees and it is just breathtaking. I was here for a photoshoot and there were so many hidden nuggets to shoot. I'll definitely be sharing this place to all my brides, bachelorettes, special events, & photographers. You can just tell there are so many stories to be told from this place. Absolutely breathtaking.
