It's always rewarding to see the Fairmont brand promise delivered consistently across our properties. My recent stay at the Fairmont Austin perfectly exemplified this commitment. Guest Experience Manager Nicole set the stage beautifully, ensuring a seamless and welcoming arrival. From then on, the team's dedication to creating a luxurious and memorable experience was evident. The Gold level service was impeccable – a special thanks to Nature and Fernanda for their exceptional care. And the dining experience at Garrison was outstanding, thanks to JD's attentiveness and the truly exceptional meal by Chef Gilberto Ramirez. Well done, Fairmont Austin!

Fairmont in Austin is a blast! The service is outstanding. Front desk manager Cooper exceeded all my expectations. I had an issue with my flight and had to return to the hotel—he helped me rebook my room and handled everything with kindness and professionalism. The entire team is amazing! Thank you! Im a travel agent and will definitely recommend this property to my clients!

Fairmont is our go-to for staycation! We live an hour outside of downtown and anytime we have a show or event in austin, we stay overnight at Fairmont. The bar is always happening, with live music and a great vibe. The beds are comfy with lush linens. The staff on the gold level is always friendly and accommodating for all our needs.

I've always thought the Fairmont was a luxury brand with excellent service. The Fairmont Austin is neither. I attended a conference there for the 2nd year in a row. The rooms are generic with some hot water and HVAC issues. The shower had very low pressure all times of the day. The water would turn hot, cold, and then unbearably hot. The wing we were in had a strong septic sense every time we turned the corner to our room. The best thing is the pillow menu, which had a decent selection. The bar is aggregiously overpriced. $50 for an old-fashioned and Jameson??? Don't get me started about the Concierge, who usually is the most knowledgeable person. He was not. He guided me wrong on the spa and the in-hotel Fed Ex. It would be ok if it wasn't his job to actually know these basic things about the services. We had over 850 attendees and I'm sure they chose that location because they could accommodate the number of people. However the banquet food was horrible. It was literally the same chicken and fish every day, pretty sure it was reheated. To add insult to injury, the location is surrounded by the freeway and heavily trafficked roads and depending on your room location, you will likely hear car traffic. Do not recommend this property. Go elsewhere.

Kutay bartender was fantastic. Very personable experience and made our trip.

The hotel was top notch. It was new so it had better be. The front door men were on point. I worked an event here so I didn't stay in a room. The downside I saw was that the hotel staff wanted the help ( my coworkers and I) outta sight. Even though we were dressed in our dress blacks. They wanted us to stay outta sight as if we were an embarrassment and a eye sore to their guests.

Horrible experience from start to finish. First room we were in had bed bugs that we killed and took down to the front desk. Then the supposed "upgrade" was actually a smaller room. Seriously? So then we were moved to a third room that was a downgrade. They said it was a "standard" room. So after after an hour of moving rooms, we ended up in the most basic room with no mention of a discount or refund. Service is beyond disappointing. Manager did not seem to care about helping at all. At this point, a completely different hotel would be the best option.

The room was lovely and service was excellent. All the staff were attentive, friendly, and helpful. The location was pretty central to visitor attractions. A few things to note… The pool was spectacular, but extremely busy at all times it seemed. Also, tended to be a younger crowd (party atmosphere). I was only able to go at 7am after it rained. The bedding was just a comforter, no sheets. And I would bring your own pillow. Finally, I was surprised that the Gold level lounge did not have more food options. The food was pretty good…fruit was fresh…breakfast omelette station was amazing…but limited options for snacks, and dessert later in the day.

As a frequent traveler, I notice (and appreciate) the smaller details. This trip was for vacation and we chose the Gold Experience. A few days before arrival, the Gold Manager Jesse emailed me asking if we needed anything leading up to or during our stay. He quickly replied and arranged my simple requests and we got to meet him at check-in. The lobby, fitness center, pool, Gold Lounge & Room were clean, beautiful and comfortable. Every staff person we interacted with was terrific and their service made us feel appreciated and welcomed. We'll be back!

Stayed here for a work trip. This is a great place. They had a wonderful coffee shop for sandwiches and lots of other items. Plenty of restaurants and was in walking distance to so many things. Including a Target and a Whole Foods. I like to get things like “water” office site of big hotels so I don’t spend $7-$9 per bottle. Lol. They had a great selection for room service and with the long days I had I made great use of it. A little pricey but super convenient and fast. Definitely give this place a try. My stay there was great and I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful hotel with two bars/restaurant and room service. Attended for a corporate event and the spaces and service were great for a large group. Because we were here during an ice storm, many of the walkable stores/restaurants were closed so I can't comment too much on location in relation to good venues.Rooms were clean and comfortable with many in-room amenities

Such great service. They made things special for our wedding night and it was wonderful. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The checkout was rather early at 11 am but easy to do. The elevators can take time with all the people using them, but not terrible. My one complaint was how audible the road noise was wasn't expecting that on the 20th floor. Also, we could hear people talking in the room next to ours.

The hotel was incredible and we had a great stay. The views were stunning and the rooms were spacious and luxurious. There was a slight billing issue on their end, however Morgan, the front desk manager, did an excellent job explaining what happened and resolving the issue.Would definitely stay here again.
