The barista had closed down the station 25 minutes before close all she said I was able to get was chai because everything else was shutdown already and I clearly saw her making a matcha when she was telling me that how do you close down almost 30 minutes before no other cafe does that

I enjoy studying at this place, but it's annoying and ridiculous they allow people's disgusting smelly dogs to sit on the furniture in all the study spaces or just be there in general. They should also implement quiet areas. Even worse than the dog people are the loud mouths holding phone conversations when everyone else is quiet trying to get work done.

Tried the Mindful Matcha with oat milk. The drink was great at first, but after a while the cup and straw started giving off a strong plastic smell, which eventually affected the taste as well. It was off-putting enough that I couldn’t finish my drink. I hope Daydreamer considers using better-quality cups and straws for their beverages.
p.s. staff was really friendly and the decor was cute so no complaints there!

The Sunday crew on April 5th were amazing! They have great energy and I saw them chat with so many customers effortlessly. The coffee was great - I have more of a bitter taste enthusiast so this fits my pallet perfectly. Also great spot to work at, upstairs section has a more quiet room than downstairs for socializing and being loud

Love this place! Lots of seating and good vibes. Staff is very friendly and quick to get orders out. The drinks are always good, my favorite is the honey oat latte! They also have a good variety of chilled bottled/canned drinks, yummy fresh pastries, and food/snacks available. There is something for everyone!

Five stars for the atmosphere and design. Baristas were very friendly. I asked where the beans were from for the drip coffee and they let me know it was the Mainstay blend from my favorite local roaster, Try Hard. What a great find!
Only negative was the parking situation. I was very lucky to find a metered spot around the corner but it was the only one I found within a block or two. Good to know if you go!

Daydreamer Coffee has one of the most aesthetically pleasing bars in the Austin metro area. It’s wonderfully designed and creates a wonderful atmosphere to enjoy a great cup of coffee.
The menu is very vast with great options. Their base menu is what you’d expect from a coffee shop and it’s executed well. The seasonal offerings are super fun, creative and delicious. The pastries from quacks are also to die for.
The baristas are very knowledgeable and skilled. Not only that, they’re very friendly and great to chat with while you enjoy your beverage at the bar.
Highly recommend stopping in for coffee if you live in west campus, but it’s also worth the trip if you’re from a different part of town.
