We love this staycation, one of our top 10. Not too many rooms or floors. Not over crowded, close parking garage, pool, food truck, coffee/alcohol bar, HEB within walking distance or delivery to cook in your room

It was the perfect location in Austin for our girls trip. We had a 3 bedroom. It was clean, beds were super comfy! Highly recommend.

This is THE BEST place to stay in Austin. Pristine, inviting, and cozy, with thoughtful touches throughout the hotel and rooms. What a gem!

I go to Austin at least once every year and this was my first time at the Colton. I will never stay anywhere else when visiting. Beautiful hotel, it is so clean and smells really nice. The rooms are large and comfortable. Well laid out. The coffee bar has amazing drinks. The patio/pool area is beautiful. Love having a kitchenette with a full size fridge and microwave. There is an HEB across the street so you can get food, drinks there and bring back to your room. The gym was better than most hotel gyms (treadmills, peloton bikes, TRX, lockers, etc), complete with a fully equipped yoga/meditation room. Walking distance from Vinaigrette, which is a delicious restaurant with a beautiful patio. I highly recommend it! The hotel parking garage was a plus. Also the front desk staff was super attentive. Love how nice this property is. We'll be coming back for sure.

We had a small work group stay here for a few days and it was above and beyond! The rooms were fantastic and very clean. The small kitchenette was a nice amenity. We utilized a meeting space here on property and it was great. The staff was super friendly and you can't beat the proximity to the airport for a boutique hotel like this. Great coffee bar for breakfast in the morning that caters to all eaters that turns into a wine/cocktail bar at night. I will stay here again for sure!!

We stayed a couple of days here and we were blown away. The staff was increíble, the bartender Kate was especially kind and welcoming. The room was clean and well decorated and the hotel as a whole was stunning. So many spots to take cute pics! The pool was heated, gym was clean and had a variety of equipment. A short four minute drive to South Congress, I cannot recommend this place enough. I will definitely be staying here again when I come to Austin.

Stayed here for 5 nights and enjoyed my stay!PROS:-aesthetically pleasing and attention to detail-extra security measures, doors outside lock at 7pm and you need your hotel card to enter, and hotel card to go up/down on the elevator. These made me feel extra safe as an out of state traveler-Beds were very comfortable, room was spacious, kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook, and you can login to your netflix on the TV-Gym, yoga room, Simona's bar/coffee, and even a food truck on Thursdays/Friday's.-Housekeeping upon requestCONS:-Could hear the person above me walk about and when they flushed the toilet-My room was right next to a 24/7 laundry mat and their customers are loud when they talk and play music in their car. This is not the hotel's fault and I noticed they even put a fence between their property and the laundry mat.

I very much liked The Colton House. Very clean! Rooms were quiet, linens were clean, staff was kind. Felt very safe w/ extra security measures in place. There was complimentary coffee (good coffee!!) and tea. We did not use the kitchen, but other than the lack of a single frying pan, it appeared to be extremely well stocked. There was plenty of toilet paper and soap, and our room had a washer/dryer. Beautiful patio and a bar/restaurant downstairs. Had a fitness center, but I did not use it. Hotel allows pets, but we never had any issues hearing dogs barking. Minor complaints: no ice maker, no free breakfast, and the bed was a bit hard for my taste.
