What can I say that others haven't besides, when can I move in??
We could not have made a better decision when booking Cactus Moon as our wedding venue. We were searching from out of state for a hill country retreat space where our families would have a weekend to meet for the first time.
Cactus Moon had clear pricing & policies on their website, along with tons of pictures and social media presence to help us make that big decision. Their team was responsive, clear, and friendly from our first inquiry, vendor site meeting, through post-checkout. And their preferred vendor list was a real goldmine! Cactus Moon was the first piece that allowed so many more to fit into place.
The lodge was exactly what we'd hoped for - an elevated, clean, modern, cohesively designed space where our group could mingle, relax, and celebrate while having all of their needs met. We wanted our out of state travelers to get a real "slice of Texas" and Cactus Moon even made me nostalgic for my former Texas home.
The property has a great setup that allowed us to spread out when it was just the families, but still accommodate all of the wedding guests through a natural flow from ceremony site, to sunset cocktails on the deck, and a romantic courtyard reception to die for. This space only heightened our floral and decor choices amidst their fabulously photogenic textured walls and succulent gardens.

What an absolute piece of heaven! This gem was an incredible venue for our annual girls trip! The location was easy enough to get to from the airport and close enough to Austin we could drive in for a night out, but once we got there we didn’t want to leave! The casitas were so thoughtfully designed and curated, you can feel the stress of travel melt away as you settle in. The pool, patios, and decks with gorgeous views were the perfect backdrop to gather for meals, lounging, and even an impromptu dance party. The kitchen was ideal for cooking our group dinners and late night snacking, Lizzy and her crew were so helpful in making sure we had everything we needed! It was a memory making weekend for the books, thanks so much for hosting, we will definitely be back!

Cactus Moon Lodge was hands down the best venue we could have asked for! The design speaks for itself- it’s absolutely stunning, so thought out, welcoming, accommodating and simply perfect. We had a small wedding and the space was perfect to host our guests, our ceremony and reception. Being able to get ready in the living room felt so homey and comfortable. As photographers/videographers ourselves, being in a space with ample lighting and decor was a priority. When we saw CML, we didn’t question looking further.
Their staff was so kind! They answered all of our questions and made sure we were taken care of. We could not have asked for a better experience.
Our friends and family can’t wait to return for a family trip!

We got married at the Cactus Moon Lodge in March. The setting is just beautiful and having the whole property for the weekend really helped us feel relaxed and at home there with our guests! All of the rooms are gorgeous and we spent an amazing weekend with our friends and family that stayed with us there. The courtyard area was the perfect size for our wedding, it felt so full of life and excitement all throughout the night of our wedding. We lucked out with the weather for our wedding, the wildflowers were blooming all over the place! It is an amazing venue, Bri & the cactus moon team were all great to work with and very responsive to any questions we had!

My husband Allen, and I got married at Cactus Moon in April. The entire weekend was beyond magical. The venue was the perfect size for our wedding of 80 guests, and the casitas were just the right size for us and our family to stay for the weekend. Bri and the Cactus Moon team set the most incredible backdrop with the curated intimate spaces throughout the venue. We heard many compliments from our guests after the wedding and morning after brunch! Thank you again Cactus Moon for making our dreams come true!

I had the pleasure of spending an extended period of time at this venue for a wedding. We stayed 4 days and loved every moment! The grounds were fantastic, the amenities were great, and the overall vibe was so welcoming. Highly encourage anyone to rent this place out and enjoy it for yourselves. I'll attach a few drone shots!

Cactus Moon has Texas Hill Country magic TIMES 10! It is absolutely stunning during the day but truly comes alive at night. I spent months searching for the perfect venue for a small, intimate wedding and when I stumbled upon Cactus Moon, I knew it was the place. Liz and her team were so wonderful to work with from the time we initially reached out to even after our wedding. Not only was she accommodating, friendly, and flexible - she truly helped us create the vision we had for our wedding. The property layout was ideal for our rehearsal dinner and wedding ceremony. Our guests loved the unique experience at Cactus Moon and we can't wait to get back!

Cactus Moon Lodge is even more breathtaking in person, can you even imagine?! The family behind the concept is the sweetest. Liz and Cindy are two of the four siblings who you’ll likely come into contact with during your experience at Cactus Moon, they are the most hospitable and radiant beams of light. The whole property is perfect for intimate weddings, retreats, workshops and corporate events. It’s country location on 26 acres really gives you the opportunity to get still and connect with nature and those around you. An absolutely perfect venue for whatever you are planning!
