My boyfriend and I came on 11/05, and we had a blast! Our pilot Drew was wonderful and Robert at the front desk was just as great. Both were very professional and gave us some great memories to reflect back on. We didn’t realize we didn’t have cash for a tip so we went right down the road to an ATM but once we came back the gates were closed, we felt so bad 😕 Drew and Robert if y’all see this just know we are very thankful for such a great experience! Would definitely recommend!
What a wonderful experience!!!! Such a cool and different way to see the city. Jose was an excellent pilot/guide on our tour. The check-in process was super simple, which is such a relief these days. Keep up the great job, we will definitely send people your way!
Such an awesome experience! The pilots Jose and Drew were so nice, professional and comforting on our first helicopter experience. They quickly helped calm our nerves with how kind they were! We can't stop talking about how much fun it was! 10/10 will recommend them to others!
My husband surprised me with the Austin Salt lick bbq helicopter tour for my birthday. José was our amazing tour guide. He was very kind, knowledgeable, informative and super friendly. He made us feel very safe at all time and the helicopter was a beauty! I would recommend this experience a million times because I will never forget it myself!
It was a cool experience to ride in a helicopter. Our pilot was very nice and informative. 2 things I didn't like: 1. Our ride didn't last 15 minutes.. from take off to landing it was about 12 to 13.. which included getting up in the sky, traveling to the city and back..a little disappointed. 2. They don't have available rides at night! I'm sure I could see more during the day, but I would've liked to see the lights off the entire city at night! Either way, great experience.
