We love the Archer Hotel in Austin Texas. We have stayed multiple times. They truly are the most trust worthy hotel ever. I lost a diamond bracelet a few years ago and realized it when I got to the airport. Freaking out I called the hotel and they found it on the ground at valet parking. They federal expressed it back to me. Last weekend we were back and my husband left his wallet. Again freaking out I called the hotel 5 days later and they had it. I just picked it up today. Every credit card and cash in tact. Love the hotel and staff!!!! Only hotel to stay at in Austin!!!!

The service was amazing! Especially the valet shout out to Ivan and Mychelle! They were so nice and let us keep our car in the Valet after we checked out so we could keep shopping! We will definitely be back!

I was very pleasantly surprised by the Archer hotel in Austin.I had some fairly high expectations, given the rating on Google Maps and the rate.But my expectations were exceeded.The attention to detail at the Archer is something I miss in other hotels.The staff was friendly and attentive.I asked for a quieter room (based on some negative reviews I read here) and I got a complimentary upgrade.The room we had was great! Spacious, with a balcony and one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on.The fact that there's a Nespresso machine in the room was a perfect example of that attention to detail I mentioned earlier.Although slightly more expensive than other options in the area, trust me when I say, paying the slight premium is well worth it. Especially if you can use one of the offers they seem to run quite often.I got 15% off the standard rate and a 25$ drink/food credit that I used for a delicious breakfast.I also appreciated the staff telling me about free options to park my car overnight (3rd and 4th floor of the Nordstrom parking lot across the street)All in all, I would definitely recommend the Archer and it will be at the top of my list when I consider where to stay in Austin

If you don’t want to sleep all night because of the loud music, this is your hotel.The service is not great; Tara, the night receptionist, has a horrible attitude. Honestly, I don’t understand the good reviews when it’s obvious that getting any sleep at this property is impossible.Please save yourself the trouble and avoid coming here if you want to sleep at night.

Come here to celebrate my birthday and they did not disappoint.Natalia was amazing at check in. I was surprised with fruit and chocolate in the morning and then wine and a rubber duck at night. They truly went above and beyond to make my birthday special.The service was amazing , good food and drinking. I highly recommend staying here..it is right in the north domainThere are so many places you can walk to and enjoy Austin.

I am very happy to stay here during the Halloween holiday. We stayed here for 5-6 days. The location is very convenient. There is also a parking lot for free parking. The food in the restaurant is very delicious. All the service staff are very kind and friendly, especially the service at check-in. Our counter lady and the waitress in the restaurant on 11/1 afternoon were also very kind ❤️ My English skills are limited but the service staff explained the meals attentively and kindly. The hotel environment is also quite comfortable. This time I brought my baby. We got a crib and bath supplies. The only pity is that the room we stayed in this time did not have a bathtub. Everything here is as beautiful as the photos. Even though we have been back home for a while, we still miss it❤️ If there is another opportunity in the future, we will be willing to stay again.

Magnificent experience. Our room was spacious, comfortable, clean and had all the amenities we expected and then some. The staff was benevolent, attentive, friendly, courteous and ensured we were delighted with our stay. They even knew me by name, which was an especially nice touch. The location is outstanding, with options for shopping and dining in abundance, all within walking distance of the hotel. The lobby was inviting and warm, tastefully decorated, with large leather sofas and chairs surrounding the fireplace and bar area. My husband and I enjoyed sitting by the fire conversing among ourselves, with the staff and the other guests. We stayed for two days, but left feeling completely rejuvenated and refreshed. I highly recommend this hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay here from start to finish. The staff are extremely friendly and we loved the special touch of the tasty treats in our room each day, plus the recommended books! The decor might not be to my taste but it is fun and quirky. Sheets so smooth and fancy, I actually miss them now I’m home. The pool and outdoor bar area is really nice. One huge plus for this hotel is the great location in the heart of a bustling shopping area. Other reviews mention the noise, this was certainly not an issue for us on the 4th floor. The restaurant is delicious and reasonably priced, I recommend the carpaccio and truffle fries!

We had the pleasure of staying at the Archer during the 2023 Winter Freeze. We lost power to our home for nearly 4 days. The Archer went above and beyond in providing excellent service. The room was tidy, the food was delicious, and they even delivered a dog bed and treats for our pup. I highly recommend the Archer for a vacation, stay-cation, or for the next time Texas infrastructures implodes (again)

We stayed for our wedding night and all I have to say is WOW! The level of service was incredible, and our "den" room was beautiful! There is so much to do around the area that our guests from out of state were able to stay busy without having to drive much. I would highly recommend Archer to anyone looking for a getaway, or staycation. The drinks are delicious as well in the restaurant downstairs!
