Treaty Oak was founded in 2010 , on a family-owned ranch located in the heart of Texas Hill Country. The distillery is located in Dripping Springs, Texas where they produce premium whiskey handcrafted from 100% organic ingredients.

This place has an excellent "ooopppsss" gin. They call it their "antique gin". The story goes that they accidentally loaded it into some rum barrels and thought they screwed up. But when tasted it made something new and different. Totally sipable like a bourbon... Really. You're welcome in advance! Haha. Enjoy.
Had a great experience there. Fantastic lunch and incredible service. My waiter Jack took care of me and answered all my questions. Hope to make this a regular stop when driving through East Texas.
The wristbands for the barbecue this year were not as good as last year. I enjoy Treaty oak! I was disappointed with the offerings from the BBQ that I paid $55 for. 6/1 Very quiet put at Treaty Oak today! Beautiful Trees and a great antique fiz.
We really enjoyed our visit! The whiskey was good and I love a good conversation with a server. A good server can make the experience! Definitely worth a visit!
THIS is the place to visit while in Dripping Springs area. Great brew, great spirits, great food, great service, music and atmosphere. Come early and stay late. This place doesn’t close early. Bring your friends, family, grandparents. They will all love it. Try the BBQ - brisket, sausage and ribs were excellent. Take home the bbq sauce, the gin, beer or whiskey.
Great food with great drinks. Great area with lots of room to spread out. They had a fire pit going by the restaurant, which smelled amazing. The drinks were delicious and strong. Service was really good.I will definitely be back and I will be picking up their products in my local liquor store. The Antique gin was something to behold. At first you think it’s a great whiskey and then all of a sudden you taste gin. Very interesting and delicious at the same time. So glad I went.
Celebrated my birthday here this past year and just Revisited for a happy hour. The environment is so manicured and clean, there are numerous outdoor seating areas to suit your liking while being kid and pet friendly. The staff has always been so polite and helpful too! As a local realtor, I enjoySharing these local havens with my clients and often relaxing here after showing home to further advise them about the area and market.
Thought I'd post that I'm not sure if a more recent poster was in the right area. The comments around a lack of playground and not being kid friendly we're almost a strong enough if a deterrent for us to not go. Man, am I glad we gave it a shot. As you can see there's a nice playground area. Food was good, whisky and drinks were great too. We really enjoyed ourselves and live music too!
