Charming, historic venue with owners that are fun to work with and deeply care about you having a great experience. Really, they're invested in your wedding reflecting you as a couple and most importantly, being a damn good time. Renee is a true professional and great to bounce ideas off of. Matt had our backs through the whole process, on the day of, and even helped us get accommodations for the night when our original plans fell through. No rigid contracts with expensive vendors to jack up the price, just good relationships with reasonably priced vendors who also give off the friendly old-Austin feel. If you want a non-boring, non-stuffy wedding with Texas flair or if you're big old nerds like us and want a big nerdy themed wedding, this is your place.

Attended Mythicon 2022 at this venue. Well done Star Hill Ranch....felt like I was in an old Texas town. You know 1800s feel. There are so many events you could host here....weddings, concerts, galas....great location!!

We got married at Star Hill Ranch in Sept. and it was the most amazing experience! I cannot write enough wonderful things about this location. Matt and Renee were awesome to work with, made everything so easy and were there for every step and question along the way. They are fantastic people! The venue itself…just wow! Within the first minute of stepping up to the venue I knew this was our place. How often do you get a whole “town” to yourself for your special day. This laid-back remarkable venue is super customizable, such as where to hold your ceremony, your reception, etc. which I loved. Many buildings and areas to make your own for your vision of the perfect day. Highly recommend!!

Star Hill Ranch was a dream come true. From the first time we stepped on property, we felt cared for and in good hands. Ownership for this venue is top notch, and they will go above and beyond each time to take care of any needs that you have. Matt, Renee, and the whole staff were incredible to us, we truly felt like part of the family. Despite not being country people ourselves, the venue itself is gorgeous, giving you a touch of rustic with a very cozy feeling while outdoors. Since all the buildings are real, there are numerous configurations you can have depending on number of guests and expected weather conditions. There are numerous photo opportunities scattered throughout the property as you'll get the opportunity to be king/queen for the day. Our guests queued up months worth of Instagram content between all the incredible backdrops of the chapel, saloon, truck, barn, and more. Lastly, pricing for this venue was an absolute steal, I dare anyone to get better value for a wedding venue in the Austin area.My Wife and I were over the moon for Star Hill after our initial meeting with Matt, and it delivered in spades on the big day. The smoothest operation of this scale I've ever seen, Renee was an incredible coordinator and she handled everything so professionally and with haste. We are so thankful for Star Hill Ranch, and would recommend any engaged couple give it a look. You won't be disappointed.
