This is my favorite winery in Texas. They check all of the boxes and then some: wonderful wine, beautiful location, great wine club, and a staff that treats you like family. Thank you for creating such a wonderful product and experience. My 1-2 visits per year are always a highlight.Oh and the chili cookoff was awesome. That flyover!
Spicewood Vineyards is a very good TX winery, located in Spicewood, TX, a stone's throw from Dripping Springs, TX. We went on a Sunday, our first event at the winery, the 16th annual chili cookoff, and boy what fun it was. The winery location is beautiful, "out in the country" with beautiful views and a creek that runs right through the property. The wines are good, slight edge to the reds over the whites. The tempranillo is very good, as well as the Bordeaux-style red blend. On the white side, viognier was the star. Very friendly staff, even though the place was a zoo! Kids and pets welcome here! We liked it enough to join the wine club! The only suggestion for events of this type, have serving lines for members, that would be an extra little perk for those who have chosen to join the club! Recommend Spicewood Vineyards!

The place is beautiful. We had a nice time, dog and kid friendly.They were prepared with Gluten Free crackers for the cheeses platter which was a huge plus.
If you are looking for an absolutely gorgeous vineyard for your wedding, your search is over. Spicewood Vineyards is one of our absolute favorite Vineyards in Texas hill country. From a wedding photographer's perspective, the vineyard is positioned perfectly so when golden hour hits, the light is PERFECT. Absolutely stunning vineyards, and the field behind the venue has absolutely gorgeous golden grass, your wedding photos will be exploding with vibrant colors. You can rest easy knowing that any photographer is going to have so many amazing options to capture your wedding day at Spicewood.

Top-notch Southern cuisine in an upscale environment. They're especially good at accommodating groups. We had 11, and the service was prompt and accurate. Saw other large groups around the restaurant.Friendly staff and high energy vibes with the open kitchen floorplan. Highly recommend the Heritage Pork Chop -- not sure I've ever ordered pork chops at a restaurant before as I'm usually not a fan. They were tender and tasty and I'd order them again without trying anything else. The biscuits live up to the hype! Order them for the whole table.A must visit in downtown Austin!
