The bowling and arcade options are great! BUT customer service was NOT it! When we got to the counter, there was an Asian kid that turned around and came back with a Hispanic girl which she proceeded to talk to me in Spanish and I responded in English, she turned to the guy and was like “I thought you said they spoke Spanish” you don’t ASSUME, unless I was to ask them for someone who spoke Spanish….. I had to press the button twice for them to take my order, to which I ordered 5 shakes and they gave me 3, I had to find someone to get the other 2, which they took forever to finally bring out, and before they did, I saw another person that worked their and I told him about the bad customer service which he was dismissive about and just said they were working on the shakes, no apology or anything.

the servers here have a an attitude always like why work and treat others poorly,
not time efficient, not respectful.
Especially a blue haired lady she was totally disrespectful to me and my friend.
we only ordered one drink for the both of us and it took them 30 minutes to make while theres no one here.
please do not come here!!

If there kitchen/restaurant is closed the food is terrible but if it is open then the food is good fyi u see it closed don't buy the food. However very fun time otherwise.

The manager Renee is fantastic to work with! Beautiful decor and lots of fun activities. They can accommodate large student groups, and they can host adult and corporate events (2 bars!) - we would definitely plan an event here again!

Seven Grand is a pretty fancy bar for whiskey and tequila. They have a good selection of both. The amazing thing is that they have separate sections for both liquors!
Nice seating area both inside and outside. Charming bar shelf beautifully decorated. The bartender seemed very knowledgeable. Their cocktails didn't surprise me too much but the whiskeys were amazing, especially the smoked ones.
