What makes it fun

Pie Bar has the coziest atmosphere. Come on in and take a seat in front of the fireplace. With family and friends, play a board or card game. Bring your sweetie, take a latte, and chill in a tranquil setting with 1940s jazz humming in the background. And, of course, there are numerous possibilities for satisfying one's sweet tooth. The 'build-your-own' pie menu is at the center of the Pie Bar experience. Customers can construct their own scrumptious dessert by selecting from a variety of pie crusts, mousse and cobbler fillings, and garnishes. Pie Bar also serves pre-made gourmet pies and hand-baked small cheesecakes. Every day, our fantastic crew bakes all of Pie Bar's desserts fresh in-house.

These guys are nice and have great service. But what they are serving is not pie. It is very soft mousse in pie shells. No substance. It is no more than flavored whipped cream.

I've been to pie bar several times, it's truly excellent every time. Always tasty, you cannot go wrong with their build your own mousse.

I had the pleasure of visiting Pie Bar Austin and I have to say, it was an amazing experience. The pies were absolutely delicious and made with the freshest ingredients, and the variety of flavors was impressive. I especially loved the Coconut Cream pie, which was perfectly sweet and had a delicious crust. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and they were able to provide recommendations based on my taste preferences. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, making it a perfect spot to enjoy a slice of pie and a cup of coffee. I highly recommend Pie Bar Austin to anyone looking for high-quality pies and exceptional service.

So I got there right at 11:00 and was greeted with a smile and friendly welcome! The staff there was so friendly and helpful! And it's such a cute place! I met a friend there and we sat on a sofa in front of a faux fireplace. I got a latte and a Brownie Bite mini mousse cup. So good!!!! And just so you know the pies are all really small tarts filled with mousse and they look amazing! The next time I go I'm definitely getting a pie. This is going to become one of my regular places so I can try everything! Thank you pie bar!

They do mousse pies, some regular pies, coffee drinks, espresso, cobbler and other treats. They also can do full size pies if you call and order in advance. I got two mini pecan pies, a key lime mousse pie, and a turtle mousse pie. The pecan pies were delicious. Haven't tried the others yet, but they look amazing. The place is very cute too, has a fireplace, couch and lounge area, tables, nice decor, and it's very clean. The woman at the counter was very friendly and happy to tell me about all the options. They also have a couple sugar-free options.

Emsley made our experience here 1,000 times better!. She was kind and courteous!. Also the affogato was absolutely delicious!. Everyone should try the King Cake Mousse!. Emsley will tell you what it tastes like!. She was spot on!!
