Hands down favorite brunch spot in the Austin area! Sweet southern ranch style home renovated to an event space for weddings, etc and the food is amazing.

I take friends here when they visit from out of town. The peacocks and old southern style venue are a crowd favorite. Food and service is very pleasant as well.

Absolutely incredible experience at Mattie’s. Emery P. was our server and provided an excellent experience. He was knowledgeable of my food allergies upon arrival as put in our Resy reservation. He provided incredibly thoughtful suggestions on food and was so attentive. Beautifully, lively atmosphere and delicious food. Cannot wait to go back.Every dish is delightful, but we ordered the pork ribs (side dishes substituted for my food allergies), cauliflower (side), fried chicken, wedge salad, and banana pudding (vegan/gluten free!).

We had the most amazing brunch at Mattie's. Everything was absolutely delicious. The staff is incredibly friendly and the venue is beautiful. We sat outside and the even though the heat was borderline satanic, the fans and misters made it a comfortable experience. Of course, the peacocks were roaming around and added to the overall charm. If you are looking for a wonderful meal with a great atmosphere, do yourself a favor and book a table at Mattie's.

The staff here was really spectacular. Our party was on the larger side and some of them were late. They were gracious and kind even though I knew they were shutting down soon. The food really was remarkable, and I’d recommend going. The wine list was fun, not too big, but well priced and with a good amount of selections!
