Never disappoints!!!! We had these guys out for a little hangover brunch after our wedding, and have continued to visit the food truck as well. Each and every time it is SO good! Thanks JP for holding it down. Can’t wait to enjoy these pancakes!!!

One of the most unique and best tasting desserts I've ever had. Absolutely loved it. A bit on the pricier side for the amount, but understandable.

Honestly, I've never had high expectations for pancakes, but as soon as I had my first bite of these, it was the best pancakes I'd ever tasted.. They are really in their own class and one of my favorite dessert spots. You think you know pancakes until you try JPs.

I ate these pancakes last night and loved it. I do not exactly know what I had but it had pecans, icing, caramel, bananas, and whip cream. My nephew got the seasonal Grinch pancakes and it was very minty. The owner was really nice and patient with me trying to figure out what I wanted.
