Translating to “whole’’ in Italian, Intero embraces this ideology by utilizing whole local ingredients from its entirety. Chefs also pair these ingredients with traditional Italian techniques and cooking sensibilities. This approach creates innovative yet familiar dishes.

First time visit, reservation made for date night, arrived early, seated at bar until table was ready. Great drinks, amazing bartender, and perfect reception from host and hostess. Unfortunately, waited 15 minutes for server, who served us only after she served other parties that were seated after us. So we felt neglected and decided to eat at Ezov next door, which was worth it and saved the night. But 1 star to the hostess for compting our drinks for the hassle.

Unfortunately underwhelming. Ambiance of the place is nice, but the food is subpar. Pizza oven was offline, which is 1/4th of their menu.Pasta is oversalted, although that could be a mistake in the kitchen. I appreciate having the extremely salty bucatini taken off of our bill.

I think I've found a favorite in Austin.Intero is a wonder small restaurant that is quaint and innovative. Bringing farm-to-table Italian dishes to its customers with an emphasis on making everything homemade.Rachael was our server and she was amazing.Food - 4.5/5 - this was our first time at the restaurant and while we wanted to try so many things we could only eat so much. The focaccia was so fluffy and light. The cucumbers and the whey sauce were great. The whey sauce is phenomenal. The fig (apple) pizza was good but I didn't want to eat the whole thing enough though I did. I definitely feel like most of the pizzas are better off shared. My wife said her redfish ravioli was very good too. It was a lot of food. The brown butter cake is amazing though and it's tempting to not pick a different dessert since it's so good!Service - 5/5Atmosphere - 5/5 we sat outside but it was a nice evening and fans blowing to keep bugs away and to keep it cool. Inside looked much more charming!We're definitely coming back!

Absolutely delicious food and kind, excellent service. We sat outside on their lovely patio. Rachel provided us exceptional service. She was knowledgeable, warm and caring and even made our dog feel welcome. It’s so refreshing to get this kind of service which is sadly quite rare, even at top dollar restaurants in Austin. The food was incredible. Unique, innovative but still accessible. This is what we’ve been looking for: high quality ingredients, forward thinking food, at a price that is completely reasonable, especially considering the quality. We will be back many times over.

Very nice place, the food was excellent, and the ambience is very cozy, make sure to get the focaccia it was outstanding, the pasta are very good and so was the dessert, the waiting staff were very friendly and made excellent recommendations.

Pleasant surprise. Delicious (but maybe not the most authentic) food and with surprising value. We ordered 2 appetizers, 2 main dishes, and a pizza to split and all 3 of us left feeling very full. And the total bill was only $33 each before tip. Service was great as well.

Oh my goodness! We celebrated my birthday here and it was perfection. The service was outstanding, the food was delicious, and the vibe was dim, relaxed, and romantic. For someone who doesn’t eat a lot of fine dining Italian food, the menu was a little hard to know what was what. Between google and our waitress being really knowledgeable of the menu, we were able to all order something we enjoyed! The desserts were were impeccable, coming from a pastry chef myself. We will definitely be back to try the wood fired pizzas!

Perfect date night spot. Ordered gnocchi appetizer, gnocchi entree, ravioli, and butter cake dessert. We were blown away! My super picky husband even loved it. Great atmosphere, service and food. We’ll be back

Can’t recommend this place enough. The service is so friendly, professional and accommodating - they asked about dietary requirements straight away and easily accommodated all our needs. Our server offered me a vegan pasta which isn’t listed on the menu and was absolutely delicious. All their pasta is made fresh in house and is beautiful. The star of the show was the ravioli with smoked beef. It was incredibly well-balanced, with perfect flavour combinations and was perfectly cooked - a world class dish that’s one of the best we’ve eaten. They also mentioned they’re farm to table so we felt good about enjoying our meal too. They also make their own pastry and chocolate in house, so give you complimentary little chocolates with your bill. Will definitely be back!
