What makes it fun
In late 2014, we spent a couple months exploring Thailand's islands and mountains. While exploring the unassuming culinary wonders of street-side curries and noodles on Koh Phi Phi and Chiang Mai, we discovered an unexpected treat- Thai ice cream! We opened a trailer on the streets of Austin to pay authentic ode to Thai ice cream. Our ice cream is made to order with organic coconut milk or local dairy. Everything that goes into your creation is visible to you. There are no stabilizers, food coloring, powder mixes, frozen produce, or bonding agents- just the ingredients that produce creamy, fresh, amazing ice cream with a classic homemade flavor.
