First off.....beautiful view! The staff was friendly, and the tasting was fun and informative. They have a cool underground limestone cellar, which was pretty cool to see. It's definitely worth the drive through the beautiful hill country. Can't wait to go back.

I really cannot say enough positive things about this place. A little further off the beaten path but well worth the trip. I have been a few times and every time the owners are welcoming and friendly. It is hardly ever super crowded but I am never the only one there. The price point on the wine tastings is also much lower than other winery / vineyards in the area so that is a nice little plus. The venue also has really fantastic hill country views looking north across the plains.

We went to Hawk Shadow for a portion of our winery tour. The estate is absolutely lovely and the customer service is exceptional! We learned a lot bout their wines, highly recommend.

This winery deserves a 10 ⭐️Went a day after Christmas 2022 with bunch of friends. The owner was the only person working but he did a great job keeping up with the crowd. Our group was one of the last ones to leave and he was very kind to give us a tour of the cellar. Turns out owner is a retired Electrical Engineer who's passionate about wines.If you're ever in the area, check out this winery. Both red and white wines were good. No sweet wines though.

A beautiful drive ends here. What a gem. The employees are fantastic, fun, kind. You definitely feel the caring here. The story behind the wine sells it for me. This an art for this team, and it shows in every way. Really enjoyed the winemaker tour, truly fascinating and learned a ton. Definitely will return.

Loved the wine tour and wine cellar! Love the rolling green hills! I've never been into dry wines and reds usually give me headaches. I love these reds which is a new experience for me- and with no headache. Make the drive and check it out! The owners are so personal and down to earth, and Matt was so knowledgeable and had great service! My new favourite!

Wow! I love Napa and thought Texas wine tasting was inferior…until I experienced Hawks Shadow!! This place is better than any wine tasting in Napa or Sonoma. Texas Hill Country wine tasting at its best!!! Excellent photo ops and excellent wine with knowledgable staff. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! ✨🙌🙆‍♀️

Had an amazing time and tasting here! Loved the views, property, and wine! Very nice indoor or outdoor seating to enjoy your wine. The weather was gorgeous and wine delicious. Matt was a wonderful host and very knowledgeable about all their wines and how they’re made. He made the tasting fun and enjoyable! Highly recommend this winery! Highly recommend!
