What makes it fun
Our meals are carefully thought out, based on the seasons, and put together to celebrate and show off the variety of plant-based food. Since sustainability is important to us, we try to get as much of our food and products from local growers and suppliers as we can. Many of our garnishes and greens come from our own hydroponic gardens and wild finds. We try to use as much of each item as possible to cut down on waste, and anything left over gets put in the compost. We treat all of our ingredients with respect and reverence, and we work hard to reduce our environmental effect while giving our customers a high-quality, memorable experience.
