What makes it fun

Ezov gets its name from the Hebrew word for hyssop, which is one of the key constituents of the spice blend za'atar. Ezov praises Tel Aviv's markets and Texas' wealth. The menu is meant to be shared and changes seasonally, concentrating on both classics and new twists. Wines from Greece, Lebanon, Israel, Italy, and elsewhere in the Mediterranean are food-friendly and made to be shared. The cocktails are inspired by Tel Aviv nightlife and are fresh and bold.

Okay so I'm not giving 5 stars because the food was good but not excellent. Crudo was more like a ceviche. Not a fan of some of their flavor combinations and something was off about the manner in which you were supposed to eat the dishes. I was excited about the hummus but it came with these puffy rolls (they were tasty) that just weren't good for gathering up the hummus and meat and then when we asked if we could have more to finish the hummus, they brought back one roll even though there were two of us. Then they didn't tell you that pits came with the protein dish so we ordered rice for nothing. Also not a fan of being forced to order everything at once but food comes out individually, with time in between anyway. Favorite thing we tried was the falafel. Food was very fresh!

I was very impressed by Ezov. I have some food allergies, which have required Benadryl and even a trip to the emergency room. The waiters took them very seriously, and even consulted with the chef and brought me an annotated menu of what I could eat! The food was delicious, and atmosphere great.

Me and my partner had a dinner at Ezov,We both got surprised by this place, they took the restaurant experience to different level!! The design the staff and especially the food was outstanding!Highly recommended, definitely will be back again 🙏🏼

Had a great time at opening night :). The portion were quite big which was a pleasant surprise. The hummus and the haloumi were the two stand out dishes for me. Cocktails were also unique and creative try the one with the snap peas. Overall this place felt like another Emmer and Rye restaurant which I say as a big compliment.
