What makes it fun
Ezov gets its name from the Hebrew word for hyssop, which is one of the key constituents of the spice blend za'atar. Ezov praises Tel Aviv's markets and Texas' wealth. The menu is meant to be shared and changes seasonally, concentrating on both classics and new twists. Wines from Greece, Lebanon, Israel, Italy, and elsewhere in the Mediterranean are food-friendly and made to be shared. The cocktails are inspired by Tel Aviv nightlife and are fresh and bold.
