What makes it fun
Our shop's name, Dolce Neve, was chosen to remember how gelato was first created a mixture of snow, honey, and fruit juices. Snow is also a natural symbol of purity, much like our gelato. We hope that you come and visit us soon for a truly unforgettable experience!
