Srsly, don't go. I don't know how this place will stay open with such terrible terrible service. Okay, read on.I had high hopes for this place after seeing an instagram reel about it. However, once arriving Luisa(who was our waitress, hostess, & bus girl??) told us we were early and had us wait so she could find an empty table(it was not busy at all). Then she seats us, we wait 5-10 mins for 1 Diet Coke. Fine. We eat our meal, which was fine but the pizza is nothing to brag about, all have a similar taste. The service overall left much to be desired. Again, Luisa seemed unbothered to help us. Never asked once how our food was, and never asked if I wanted another soda. I had to literally wave her down and ask for the check. She leaves with my cash for 5-7 minutes, comes back with 2 twenty dollar bills. I guess she had high expectations for her tip with absolutely terrible service. My husband then gets up and has to ask for change now for our $20. The dude at the bar tells my husband, we don't really get much cash so we don't have small bills. MIRACULOUSLY, he finds two 10s for a $20. I think it was more likely they had put the money away because it was slow and later in the evening. We would never come back based on the service and lack of regard for paying customers. Save yourself some money and go to Cici's.

The concept of a Brazilian steakhouse for pizza is quite fun but I feel like this experience left a lot to desire in terms of taste. The quality of the pizza did not match the ambiance of the restaurant, which was nicely decorated and felt upscale. The variety of pizzas was extensive but the crust was thin and sometimes soggy, and a lot of the flavor combinations didn't quite taste right. The best parts for us were the lobster bisque and the Nutella pizza. If you prefer quantity over quality, this place is for you. Otherwise I would probably skip it.

I had high hopes for this place, but it just didn’t deliver. We came with a group and when we made the reservation (with someone who did not seem to have the time for our questions) we were told that we could each order our own pizza, but when we arrived, were told that only applies to the bar or outside (and as it was cold, we didn’t want to sit outside), so we were forced to get the multi-course meal. This really wasn’t all bad, but after the attitude we got on the phone and the misinformation, we felt a bit duped. The courses were good (in all honesty the lobster bisque and meatballs were the highlight of the meal), but the pizza focused so much on inspiration that it missed on the basics. The service was subpar, much like the woman on the phone, pretty much everyone seemed to have better things to do than be attentive. I had to ask 3x for a specific type of pizza was brought out to the table. This wouldn’t have been as issue with any type of explanation (the pizza is cooking, let me get to this other table, etc.), but it was pretty obvious that the staff had simply forgotten. The manager did come to our table at the end of the meal and check on us, which was nice, but this was just too little, too late.Overall, the restaurant felt like window dressing - an elevated dining experience that doesn’t deliver on the basics. As several people at our table commented, it was CiCi’s for adults, but was not worth 3x the price, in my opinion. Great concept, poor execution; I don’t see our family returning.

5/5 star experience! When I tell you I will be back again and again that lets you know the food and experience was amazing!!! Unlimited gourmet style pizza , meatballs and arugula salad for a set buffet style price! The drinks were fabulous and strong just like I like it! The staff and owner were such a delight always coming to make sure we tried all 18 pizzas on the menu! Do not miss your chance at trying this amazing new restaurant!

This restaurant has fantastic ambiance and very friendly staff. We were amazed by how good the biscuits were. Although rest of the food felt okay to me. It wasn’t bad at all, still tasty but for how expensive this place it we were expecting it to at least be better than average. The coffee and drinks were also decent.I was however really impressed with the biscuits and is something I would go back here again for.I am still giving it 4 stars because the biscuits, ambience and friendly staff deserve a good rating.
