At Chisos Grill, we've incorporated Southwestern style into our menu offerings of steaks, seafood, chicken, pork, burgers and sandwiches. We make a conscious effort to source our ingredients locally. Our Pecan Rubbed Half Chicken is served with a Sweet Corn Succotash and Baby Wax Beans that have been locally grown. All of our cocktails are made in-house using fresh squeezed juices.

Must try Stuffed Armadillos appetizer. Jalapenos stuffed with pork & cream cheese, great crust & deep fried. Soooooo delicious.

LOVE the salmon salad. The green chile cheezeburger is Brat!Charming bartenders and best cornbread in the world. Enjoy the delicious food & great service.

Had a lovely lunch here with my family and my in-laws. The first thing we noticed as we sat down was that the music was a little loud. I asked the host if they might turn it down so that we could hear each other in conversation and he was so friendly and immediately adjusted the volume. I realize this is a simple request, but it meant a lot to us. Our server was very friendly and attentive. We order our food and my kids enjoyed the activities on the kids menu. Our food arrived after a reasonable period. My son wasn't a huge fan of his chicken fingers, and when I asked if we might switch with a grilled cheese our server assured me it wouldn't be a problem. And not 5 minutes later he had a fresh plate and was happy as could be. Again, I realize that this is a relatively simple request, but it was the ease of which our server handled it and I didn't have to ask twice for anything. My spicy shrimp tacos were delicious and everyone in our party enjoyed what they had. I'd go back here for sure and highly recommend for a family.

Loved the people there and the food is quite tasty. Their wedges are crisp and soft at the same time and burgers are quite juicy. The one small suggestion I have is when ordering the spicy shrimp tacos know that is more sweet than spicy but the whole presentation and the dish was good just that it was too sweet for me. We were a party of 9 and you might see long wait times for larger parties. People there are extremely accommodating and friendly. We had such a great time there and will go there often!

Let me start by saying, my 4 stars is for a non-alcoholic dining only experience.I should however give a shout-out to the bartender for an amazing orange-flavored mock-tail. The chicken wings were simply delicious, and the food was good. My friends had the steak, shrimp and grits, and salmon which were all amazing. I lucked-out ordering the brick-chicken (in the pic). Would have liked to have more non-alcoholic dessert options like a tiramisu without rum.The atmosphere is unique, a very nice retro theme with old movie playing on the TVs. At the tables with the couch on one side, it is not comfortable to dine, unless you are like 6'5" or taller. Remember to choose the tables to the farther right end of the dining room.

The food was incredible. This was my birthday dinner treat and from start to finish it was a great. Our server, Toni, was a lovely woman who made the whole experience even better. The food was UNBELIEVABLE and flavorful. The lobster bisque, the mozzarella, the quail, the steak….it was more than I’d usually spend on a meal, but it is a really nice place for a special occasion that also doesn’t require a fancy dress code
