This was a very cool spot and our first stop in Austin. It was positioned close to our hotel and the staff were extremely friendly and personable. As they have a smaller draft list we were able to split most of the list into 2 flights. And while my husband and I prefer more German style beers and sours, we enjoyed almost all of the beers that we tried, including a well fruited watermelon beer. Definitely would come back.
As a Brit abroad, I can honestly say I've not recieved such a warm welcome as I did at Austin Beerworks. A solid core beer selection with a large Radlabs selection, where you can pick up some experimental beers, you will not leave unsatisfied. A gleaming place to catch a couple of pint before an Austin soccer game, lovely family and dog friendly environment. Safe to say, if it was on my doorstep I'd be a local.
We were looking for a brewery. Stumbled along this place, I have to say was a diamond in the rough. As soon as we pulled up we knew this was the spot. The bartender Brian, was giving of such sexy energy. We decided to sit at the bar. Ordering some flights to try out their amazing selection. This spot made our Sunday afternoon. A most if you enjoy beer, and looking for a good time. Enjoy and drink responsibly.
