APT 115 is a restaurant and wine bar that serve seasonal dishes influenced by local farms and ranches. Our wine selection consists of small production and low intervention wines from all around the world. We also have cheese, charcuterie, snacks, and we only play vinyl records. I came here for Austin Restaurant Week. It was alot of fun discovering their menu. We added the fancy wine pairing and got a few sips of amazing different wines that the sommelier curated and described with amazing detail. I felt like I went on a food adventure. The tasting menu was fabulous and tasty. The chef really thought and attention into everything. It's a small space so definitely make a reservation. we were sat at the bar and they renovated so that the bar surface had alot of space. I liked that. Lovely place for an occasion and such a great spot to discover wines.

Leaving a follow-up review, missing Apt 115 badly as we just moved from Austin. We just did a “Chef’s tasting” in Sacramento tonight and the vast distance between Apt 115 on Valentine’s and what we experienced tonight was gutting. We appreciated Apt 115, its attentive staff, knowledgeable explanations, positive energy, strong wine pairings, and tasting menus where the courses felt creative. When we do get back to Austin it will be a MUST on our short list. Thanks for being amazing - we miss you :(

Joe, Greg and the entire staff were amazing and inviting from start to finish as were the dishes prepared by the chef. I'm not a wine connoisseur by any means, but the premium wine tasting I had paired with the dinner elevated every dish that was brought out. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely come back :D

Absolutely incredible dining experience at Apt 115. Everyone in the restaurant was incredibly welcoming and kind. They were equally knowledgeable about the wines and food. The food was fantastic! So was the wine! I loved how small the place was. I will absolutely be back for the full chef tasting menu!

Best wine bar in Austin, and the best edited wine shop in in Austin! I always have a fantastic time here. The wines are so good that they are some of the best wines I've ever had at any wine bar across the world - not just Austin - and it's combined with sensational small bites and snacks which are clearly created from a wellspring of passion and genius. You are soothed by very cool surroundings with beautiful seating, wall adornments, and a vinyl collection which will soothe your ears. Did I mention how wonderful all the staff are? This unassuming little place is my new favorite place to spend an evening in Austin. Don't forget to get a bottle of something to go, as they have fair and competitve prices on wonderful wines.

A hidden gem in the wine world here in Austin! Love the ambiance, the food, but above all the wines. Excellent selection of highly thoughtful, curated wines from the best (&coolest!) producers around the world. Joe does a fantastic job always keeping it new. Don't worry if you know a ton about wine or nothing at all - you'll drink some deliciousness. And prices are very competitive. Go support this small business!

Three of us spent a wonderful evening at APT 115, sharing a bottle of wine and a charcuterie board. The ambience is inviting, yet sophisticated. Every detail has been well thought out and wonderfully executed by the owner, none more obvious than the exceptional wine list. The service was excellent, and we were made to feel very welcome here. I am sad it took me so long to find this place, but we will most certainly return time and time again (next time for the prix fixe)!

Had the tasting menu with pairings, had to leave early, but was impressed with what I got to enjoy. Very knowledgeable about wine here, lots of experimentation and risk taking by the chef. I’ll need to get back soon to fully enjoy the experience and see how this establishment evolves.

This is an experience you won't regret. The service is such a treat and the food is simply impeccable. The chef has an impressive background and we trusted the tasting with wine pairings and I would do it every night for the rest of my life if I could.
